Please note: The Statement : "BEST BBQ IN TOWN" is totally INCORRECT. Unless dining in..hmmm..I haven't been there lately to determine this. However, I ordered TAKEOUT as I NORMALLY do REGULARLY and had a very bad experience. Most RECENTLY TWO times in a row simply to CORRECT an error made on 1st order. The SECOND TIME was when I was subsequently provided a credit for OVERCOOKED MEATS and they still COULDN'T "GET IT RIGHT." Most of my wings were grossly overcooked second time. The folks on register have a bad ATTITUDE. NOT friendly or professional. They DIDN'T greet or thank me BOTH TIMES during my pick up. Nor inquire as to whether I needed "additional sauce."It's as though they didn't wish to be bothered or perhaps contemplating a manicure? Very POOR service. Personally, upon patronizing this establishment since they 1st opened, I've concluded that "it's NOW definitely ALL about the BENJAMINS." Customer Service really sucks. Especially as it relates to using take out! Prices increase yet, quality of service DOESN'T. NOT worth the time, money or aggravation! I strongly suggest going elsewhere in order to be TREATED WITH the utmost of courtesy andone can feel really VALUED.

Amazing service, delicious food! Wait was a bit long on a Monday night and I can see why. The food came fast and we really enjoyed the fried green tomatoes. My mom loved the wings and we tried a lot of sides with our meats. Everything was so good. I was thinking of adding sauces to the meats but forgot about it, the meats didn’t need any sauce. I’m sure dessert would have been delicious if we weren’t so stuffed to order more. There’s a changing table in the biggest stall in the women’s bathroom for other moms out there.

This place is what other BBQ joints in the area want to be. Best BBQ in the Rochester area, and it's not even close. Everything from the smoked meat, to the sides, to the sauces are just on another level. And it's just a fun place to eat, drink good beer, and listen to the blues.
Well walked in today to try some lunch. First time here, unfortunately sat at a table in front of the bar and for 10 minutes was ignored not even offered a menu, did I have to ask for service or what. Service was lacking. Too bad, heard a lot of this place.

Food was less than ok. Ribs and chicken were not good, baked beans were super bad, corn bread was dry. The only food we liked was the corn and pork. Great customer service. We were super hungry and wanted to try it! Our server was phenomenal!
