Early dinner on a Saturday night, 3/16/19 Very swanky inside, really nice. Our party of five came in for an earlier dinner. All told we ordered two appetizers, four entrees, and a kids meal, cocktails. Service was a little slow, but our server, Mariah, was helpful, friendly, and checked back often to keep us updated on our food orders. I ordered the Villa Mella Roadtrip, which was good for the first couple of bites- tender inside crispy outside, greasy in a good way, but then got to be too greasy. I wouldn't order it again. There was a lot plate sampling going on. We had the coconut shrimp and Dominican kebobs as appetizers and had the grilled garlicky pork- SUPER GOOD!, the MamaJuana platter, the MamaJuanaRoc roll, and chicken tenders (which looked hand breaded and made in house- not the frozen kind) for our young companion. All of which were very good. We tried fried yuca, fried planatins, smashed yautia, and the rice of the day. We kind of switched sides here and there due to personal preferences. Over all very good and we will visit again. Cons: Small parking lot, no lines for spaces, so it's unclear if/where you should park. Music really loud for dinner time, could understand the volume at 9pm or so, but at 5pm? Almost impossible to hear each other. The only food thing that I would say wasn't good is the dipping sauce for the shrimp- it was thin to the point of being watery- definitely not a sauce, let alone a dip. The restaurant added the tip onto the bill before we got it. There is nothing on the menu about the tip being added on to your check automatically. Usually you see it on a menu or website for parties of 6 or larger, etc. It appeared to be double the tip, so we added a little more, but generally I like to determine my own tip.

We had reservations for 6:30 pm on a Friday evening. It wasn't busy at all. I grabbed a drink (Coconut Mojito) at the bar while I waited for my friends to arrive. Gracie* was our server and she was amazing! Everyone loved the food and experience and we'll definitely be coming back. It looks so cool inside! I remember when it was Ray Ray's, and it's come a long way!

Went there last weekend and they told us there was no cover and we payed uber to get there. Once we got there, of course, they said it was a $10 cover charge. The owner told us to walk up the street (in a dangerous neighborhood) and take out cash to cover the charge. Terrible service. Would not recommend to party there.

This was my first visit to what used to be Ray's Ray's. Firstly, I'd like to say that what the new owners have done with the place is spectacular. As soon as you walk in you feel immersed in grandeur and you are eager to get things rolling. The restaurant portion was in the posterior area and front housed the very well-designed bar. The hostess was very polite, and seated us right away. Our server introduced herself promptly with glasses of water for each of us. We didn't really know what we wanted the few couple of visits but she was very patient and composed. She assured us that we could take as long as we needed. The pricing was VERY reasonable, and this place definitely did not skimp out on the portions. With quantity came great quality: the food was amazing! I ended up ordering more to go because I wanted to treat my taste buds a little more. I would recommend this place for anyone going on a first date, anniversary dinner, or a friends night out.

They were amazing! The staff was really friendly. Our waiter was very attentive and the food was incredible. They're authentic Dominican atmosphere was just as indulging as their authentic Dominican cuisine. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

Was looking for a Spanish spot to have a drink and have something to eat around 6pm on a Friday . I came across this venue . I sat at the bar with I was greeted by Amaree . It's was great service at the bar ..i asked about the Place which I was told was open a few months ago .. nice decor , plenty of seating in the back for dining , and a stage(maybe for a performance ) parking of course is the only thing that might be an issue .. parking is limited on the premises , But was advised that they have valet parking ... Drinks was good Food was great ; had the Churrascco with Sweet Plantains... (forgot to take a picture ; I was too hungry when the plate arrived) I would definitely come back again , and especially to see more the nite light with the lounge..
The food was absolutely amazing
