Always a forever long drive thru line and when I go in all the employees see me standing waiting to order but no one wants to come take my order as if it's a hassle. If I have cash then I can't use those pre ordering touch screen things and it seems like I'm always an annoyance. The food is always fine, no real big issues. These cards and books need to get switched up to toys every once and awhile because that's what kids look forward too. I get the purpose but every fast food place with kids toys are giving out a deck of cards or something other than an actual toy so let's get back to making it fun like it was when I was growing up with mini beanie babies or something fun that everyone flys to your stores to want to collects. Brings lots of business too so I don't understand but hey what do I know.
Went through the drive through, workers are completely incompetent. Only 1 sausage breakfast burrito instead of the 2 that come in the order. No English muffins for bacon egg and cheese sandwiches, English muffins were only available in sausage egg and cheese which didn't make sense at all and they also completely forgot any picante salsa when we asked for extra. Workers were polite but can not get an order right after twice going back in. 1 star.

I thought they had timers on their fry machines. I ordered 'no salt' fries (as they always over-salt them) but they came out well underdone. Didn't want to get sick, so tossed them in the garbage.I've seen this store go downhill fast. I don't know why corporate doesn't spank the franchisee as they're giving them a very bad name.
