I found a bone in my chicken nugget (2019).I waited 20 minutes for a milkshake and ice cream because the employees were not focused on customers inside the store. I did not get my order until I asked for a refund from the manager due to such a long wait (2024).

Everything sucks, every time I come to this location I have the worst experience, waiting in 15 minute lines, getting the wrong food, having to wait longer for a remake, the people that hand you the food don’t even say have a good day or anything they just give you a mean mug. They probably can my read since every time I come here, I get the wrong food, or they just have the complete wrong order, smh

Went through drive thru as a after school elementary dance performance celebration. WE pulled into the inner intercom. The orders were taken out of order and 3 people who pulled up after me were obtained while I waited. I ordered 2 caramel sundays and the exciting new shamrock cookie mcflurry! Which was NOTHING like the advertised picture. I did not get what I PAID FOR, but after waiting so long for everyone elses orders, I just left. The mcflurry is a cup of ice cream, with green syrup on top only, and then a mound of cookies on top of that. Dont dare stick your spoon in it, itll be a disaster pulling it out! Wish i can upload pics.( Dont get the shamrock oreo mcflurry. Yw.)

Got a quick meal before boarding our flight for vacation. Familiar favorites like chicken nuggets and McDoubles we ordered with the famous French fries. It was awesome sauce.
Monroe Avenue/Rochester ~ Soon gross. I went for a reset of a messed up order. So had a filet of fish ? & it just isn't the same from back in the day. Yucky again. Not going back for quite some time.
