I definitely took a gamble on going to Monroe Kabob for my birthday lunch, given it was only a week old, slightly scary looking and a hole in the wall. However, their food managed to please the "ewww, is that dark meat?", "no vegetables in my food!" and "wonton tacos forever" palates (in addition to mine, of course). Upon entering, you place your order at the counter and then get to decide between sitting at one of the 3 booths or getting your food to go (I suggest the latter)....read full review

We entered expecting a restaurant, but at the moment it currently is set up like a convenience store. But DONT BE FOOLED, by all means, walk up to the super nice man at the register, ask to see the menu, he will show you the pictures and explain the options. He makes the food fresh in 10 minutes. And he even brought us some AMAZING fresh green tea during our meal. I HIGHLY recommend this place!
