got takeout and half our order was forgotten. went back to get it fixed and our order was still wrong. never get takeout here.

Panera was wonderful to work with! I placed a last minute lunch order for the staff at LAI and Panera came through for me. The manager on duty 4/11/24 at 12pm went out of her way to make sure the order was correct. You are the best! Thank you - we will order again from here!

Came to pick up an order (had never done a pick up order before). Asked a staff member where to go-she acted like it was an inconvenience to direct us where to go. Once she showed us where the orders go (mine was not up there) I saw it sitting on the counter so I inquired to another staff member if it was our complete order. This woman was so rude when she replied that I immediately responded why are the staff members so rude here?! The other customers waiting, then jumped in and agreed!! I will never go to this location again. Between the feeling that I was inconveniencing one staff member and the other being so rude, all in all this was the worst experience I have ever had at a Panera.

Order food here. Experience the worse service, the food came out. And sat there because they called my paymen receipt name, not my order name. The food was cold and the staff were confused about what order was what. They said they would refund me the out of stock muffin, but they never did. ?

Dont get me wrong, I love Panera Bread. I am a regular. But this was the saddest restaurant location, I have ever been to. The lady taking my order seemed cobfused, and eventually turned me over to a,second lady, who seemed just as lost. But watching the two guys in the kitchen, loveless, and seemingly tired, was a whole different experience then what I am used to from Panera. Unfortunately the Autumn Squash soup I got seemed a darker orange color, and seemed overcooked. I was not impressed with this location.

Had a meeting (the only place open a little later that was casual). It's the same as the rest of this chain. I do like all the books and places to have a more private conversation as well as an open area for a small group. Food is adequate. Pretty clean. Parking was easy. Easy to get to.Parking: Lighted.
