Wow, what yummy pizza! Many different suggested combinations to enjoy, or make your own. We had a tough time narrowing it down, but they were so good! Thin crust as we ordered. We ordered Farmhouse Salad, with white French dressing ( never heard of this type of dressing) it was fresh, tasty and a verrry generous portion. We will be back.

I stop here often for dinner and get a white pizza ( they have a few choices) and the farmer salad
It’s always been great and my daughter and I split it
Stopped last week really looking forward to it
The pizza came out burned on top and I asked for a new one
The second came out slightly black on the top and still burned on the bottom
Definitely disappointed

Parking: It’s in the plaza across from Pittsford Plaza
Never a problem finding close to Flavos

Kid-friendliness: I see lots of families with young kids
They like the relaxed atmosphere, watching their pizza being made and baked
Have coloring sheets of pizza and are put up on the wall

I was so incredibly excited to try Favo! It has been on my bucket list for a while. I placed an online order for my sister and me. Upon walking in, a customer was arguing with the employee about why her pizza was not ready. She seemed frustrated and explained she called a couple of hours back. The employee seemed unresponsive and very cold with the customer and failed to explain why it was not completed. They started making her pizza, and I stood there with another customer for about 15 minutes before I was acknowledged. I felt terrible for the customer who had to wait another 30 minutes for her PIzza, given that nobody was in the restaurant, so they were not busy.
Nevertheless, two people were working, so I gave it the benefit of the doubt. When I finally was conceded, the employee gave me my Pizza, and I rushed out, as I was late for a meeting. When I opened my pizzas, they were burned so badly. The crust was black. I was shocked but knew there were already frustrated customers inside, and I was running late for a meeting. I got ripped off for $27. The pizza was soggy and didn't taste very good because of the burning. I had to throw our pizza away; it could not even be eaten. It is a beautiful restaurant, and I was expecting something much better for the location.

Love coming here with my family! We love the pizza, atmosphere and service! I just wanted to take the time to thank the amazing staff as I lost my wallet at FAVO on the weekend and they put it aside for me. They were trying to locate me to return it and I am a just so incredibly appreciative of their honesty. Thank you so so much for being such genuine people. :)

Manager is the worst, rudest person encountered in Rochester’s restaurants. Been client for over 8 years, new managers will burn your pizzas, treat you like you are an idiot when you ask about it, and laugh at you afterwards. Given that Favo’s prices are so high, the service and the food are just ridiculous. Eat your pizzas anywhere else.

Had a good experience here - near Nazareth college. Full bar and all personal sized pies yet a generous 11" portion, can certainly share with a lucky person. Tasty and unique pizza options. Yum. Friendly service. Quick turnaround for my pizza which was made right in front of me.
