The table next to us sat un-cleared .. I watched many employees standing around...granted, not a full house, but they could do so much more like cleaning... the only consistent worker was Greg... Now for food.. Well , the food came b4 my first basket of rolls!! I can say it at least came out hot.. and was as expected. Greg again, good customer service.. and on the constant move seen only once standing while drinking water.. Bathroom Mens.. disgusting sticky floor broke baby changer also dirty urinal had a broken sensor half out the wall with a wire exposed trash on the floor.... Wife said women Bathroom not that bad but could use a refresh... walking out, I more so noticed the dirt and trash probably due to the lack of people working and cleaning see photos!!! Over all Red lobster use to be a place for good food and celebrations.... I don't feel that way anymore... I understand why more and more are closing...

The waitress took our order. She forgot one of our drinks. I had to ask her twice to bring me sugar for my iced tea. After about 10 minutes, I asked her if she was going to bring me my salad. She said that I didn't order a salad. Then she checked her ticket and said oh. So she brought me my meal and salad at the same time. I told her that I didn't want the salad now because I didn't have time to eat it without my food getting cold. She said that she'll take it off the bill. Then charged me anyway. I was not impressed at all. I really enjoy Red Lobster. When you get a good meal but have bad service, it just seems to ruin the whole experience

My family took me to Red Lobster for my Birthday 2/23 and it was the worst experience. I have tried to contact them 2 times and NOBODY has gotten back to me. I now sit with several gift cards that are not being used because of Rotten service and refusal to contact me back.Parking: Parking was the best part.

The poor guy working was running the whole place by himself. He was very good but seriously, you can't treat your employees like this. We were there for 3 hours waiting for our food and food was missing and not what ordered. The poor guy had to go in kitchen and cook it himself.
Our family went here to eat after church. There were hardly any customers and plenty of staff, but no hostess. At least four servers looked over and saw us, yet none came over to seat us. After more than ten minutes of waiting with my husband and three young children, we left. Not even bad service, but NO SERVICE AT ALL?!

This was embarrassing…. We came here on a Sunday at 2pm not even 20 people sitting down and were told 10-15 minute wait . 40 minutes later we sat down and selected what we wanted to eat. Another 30 mins later and no one came to even say hi or get us drinks ……we also had our 6 month baby who was being very quiet for the first hour but who knows after that …..we walked out without odering anything and wasting over an hour on a Sunday. As we were leaving we were told have a good night……this was terribleThe business management team made a sincere apology and I will give this store another try
Loved the atmosphere and all the people here are amazing loved the food and when I got the wrong order they even remade my food so greatful I came here with my family and would definitely come here

Absolutely never again, my husband and I waited over an hour and a half for our food than I felt so bad for my husband he ordered a burger because he can't eat seafood but wanted me to enjoy a nice seafood dinner and ordered his burger well done and when we finally did receive our food his burger was raw to the point of blood being all over his plate, so he didn't even get one bite. Needless to say we got up paid and walked out.

Sad this place went downhill. Missing ceiling tiles , smelled. My meal had dry shrimp and hard rice. Employees were amazing and friendly. No outside lights on and it was dark. And became so expensive. Not worth it at

The food was good was not a fan of the chicken the sauce wasn't all that's great, over all the restaurants location is busy and the inside was very vintage. For sure, it's worth going every once a year for a family gathering or a rare treat but not a location I'd visit often given the price of the food.
