Wonderful "dive bar". Great food and equally great drinks. Decent beer selection. Staff friendly as well as the clientele. Has a punk rock / skater vibe. Open mics and shows. Worth a stop
I used to love this place, but lately it’s foreign. They let staff get high as a kite before the place opens. You walk in and you feel buzzed from the contact high.The staff has changed slightly, which is good. There was a bartender who was really nasty there. Looks like Bob put her on break.My last straw though was when Bob suddenly raised chicken wing prices from 12 dollars to 18 dollars. It was a great place until that decision.
I know the Krown has a reputation from its past- but this place has come a loooong way, and I think it shows. The bartenders here are absolutely amazing, accommodating, and fast. Their food is actually pretty decent, and comes out pretty fast. This place has a local neighborhood dive charm, and I love it. I walk here at least once every other week, and it’s always a good time.
