This is my goto Starbucks as I work at the local hospital near by. Wait times can be absolutely insane at times but the staff friendliness and order accuracy makes up for it !

Now, with Mobile ordering and in addition to drive thru- the walking customer is seemingly last on the list. Several establishments are doing this and wrong...Assign someone to process mobile orders and someone else to handle in person customers.Otherwise, the service level is just too low. Plus the mobile orders sit there cooling down so that can't be good either!

I frequent this Starbucks due to work. Twice now I’ve placed a mobile for in store pickup because the drive thru line is usually jam packed. Both time they’ve offered in store pick up, however when I arrive their store front is closed and the drive thru is the only option (backed up of course). Do what you gotta do but why in the world do you still leave in store as an option if it really isn’t?

Im glad they took 2 years remodeling this location just to downgrade. They couldve be bothered to open the entrance wider or put up any "one way" signs so people still drive backwards through the parkinglot and cause jams every 20 minutes and the way they decided to furnish the inside is truly ergonomically inacurate and gives hospital vibes. There is no reason one bench should extend across an entire wall, where you can feel all of the micro movements of a stranger 30 feet away from you. The tables and chairs remind me of a middle-school cafeteria. They couldve left it the way it was before and it wouldve been nicer than it is now.

Barista taking orders is either be it very burnt out. Didn't listen at all when I asked for a Venti hot triple oatmilk latte with brown sugar syrup and light heavy cream. Instead heard brown sugar and rang me up for a grande iced shaken espresso and rang it in for quad. It took way too long to fix and it was still wrong. And it was nearly $10. I worked for Starbucks for almost 2 years and I rarely go anymore and probably won't return again or recommend to anyone with this type of service and prices.

We, my wife and I, went through the drive thru at 7:20pm. I ordered 2 Venti Java Chips Dbl Blended and two Cheese Danish.The young Lady that took our order tried to give us two small Java Chips, and I mentioned, "are those Venti 's?" Then the attitude turned on. This store closes at 7:30pm. We know what the consistency of Java Chips are and what we got after her screw up was not anything of any consistency. All because Little Miss Attitude didn't want to do her job. Lily was the young lady that chose to go down this path with us. I know it takes a few minutes to make one Java Chip that's double blended, there needs to be an understanding that you're open until 7:30pm no matter what. That means you'll provide 100% customer service up to and until all orders are fulfilled, even if that means working past 7:30pm.Our Java Chips weren't even frozen, it was basically chocolate milk. All because Lily was not wanting to do her job.I think I'll test this theory again, in the meantime I think everyone that reads this should understand that I normally give over the top positive reviews, and I don't normally go out of my way to expose someone, yet I feel it's necessary as these children need to know and understand how to be accountable, for their actions.A job has a start time and an end time, the menu board should be shut off at 7:30pm. Not 7:15pm, thinking you're going to be punching out at 7:30pm. If that's the case, then the pay should be docked accordingly.We'll see if a lesson was learned.

I placed a mobile order on 9/10 after church service...arrived on-site to find the Cafe closed, only drive thru was open, the line was wrapped around the building leading onto LongPond Rd, the barrista refused to pass my order through the window suggesting I get in line at the drive thru‼️‼️‼️‼️ My drinks were prepared, I wasn't going to wait and they REFUSED to refund my monies ? Barista Megs had ZERO answers ~ I recommended the mobile app is deactivated..... The mobile app remained active for two additional hours ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I was LIVID

Staff is super nice and knowledgeable. We tried one of their iced brews and it was super yummy.Update: the new renovation looks great. The staff is still super nice and our coffees were great.
