Wow. Came to $3.51, gave the employee $20.01, she slid the penny back to me and gave me $16.49. I said I was hoping for two quarters, she said the math didn't work out. I pray she isn't a student at the university.

Spent many hours here. I like the place. Like it more after the busy hours.

Average Starbucks experience, minimal wait on food and drinks, and a moderate line to order.

I Waited for half an hour and they just made me the wrong drink. When I asked them to remake, they procrastinated and put my drink aside. Such a bad experience! Some employees were just chatting instead of working! Slackers!

The most slow Starbucks… cannot get order correct, no refund when they replace sth you order with sth cheaper

For how long the lines get, the service is quick. They're more than happy to fix an incorrect order. They should probably be paid more since this is one of the busiest Starbucks in the Rochester area.

only when there is no Starbucks to be found, I appreciate them.
Super busy place being the hot spot of the UoR campus. It's mainly student led so cut em some slack! They do a amazing job getting the orders out as fast as they can!

My latte is only 2/3 filled. Sandwich was sloppy too.

Very hit or miss, wait times often much longer than posted (on Grubhub). On several occasions I have gotten there after ordering in advance only to find my order not there. And this morning I ordered an Irish Cream Nitro Cold Brew (my favorite Starbucks drink), and when it was finally ready it was undrinkable. Looked nothing like it was supposed to, and it lacked any sweetness and tasted almost burnt (which doesn't make sense for a cold brew). I'm still a fan of Starbucks but am reluctant to return to this one.

Two-third of my drink are ice (which I can get it for free outside in the snow instead of paying $5)
