Been coming here somewhat regularly, couple times a month, as it’s not super close to home but on our way to a lot of places. The drive thru is dicey especially if you have a bigger vehicle. But the staff? Yikes.Too often, something “goes wrong” for example, we ordered ahead for mobile pickup, some ingredient was out of stock for one of the drinks but rather than call out or cancel the order, we just sat waiting for over half an hour while one drink was done and sitting at pickup but never announced so of course cold and whatnot. Then we had to wait for a different drink to be made.Until today, it was never a problem with attitude but TODAY whomever is taking drive thru orders… WOW, ma’am! You need to check your attitude before you hit that floor! I’ve worked in service, I get it! But do you know one thing NONE of my supervisors would have EVER tolerated? Me taking my stuff out on a customer.What really gets me is, she threw such a tantrum over adding a flavor, and my unsmart self was so stunned I still paid for the drink that I didn’t even want!! Why didn’t I just drive away? I’ll be asking myself that for at least the rest of the day.Yeah, so, we will not be patronizing this location again. Ever. Check your attitude, folks. Whatever is happening in your life, that’s not my fault and I’m sorry it’s happening to you, truly I am, but I am not responsible for whatever situation you’re finding yourself in, and it is incredibly unfair to be taking it out on someone just trying to get a coffee.

Blueberry scone was not the greatest. Years and years (back in the late 90s) ago, Starbucks served the best pastries. Not anymore. Always love the coffee drinks though - mine was a hot latte.

This is a small Starbucks, and it has just one, decently sized table for use by customers. I have visited numerous times, and that table is ALWAYS fully occupied by a worker (a big guy with tattoos). I think this bad business practice, and also shows disrespect for customers.

Great drinks and service. Typical wait times. ->Parking is a little small and whoever designed where the drive thru clearly hates humanity. I *highly suggest* pulling into the plaza at the traffic light where dunkin donuts is, and make your way to the drive thru, it's much easier than having to pull a K-turn and block everyone from accessing the parking lot, and then risk road rage with anyone who hasn't had their coffee yet.Parking: ->Parking is a little small and whoever designed where the drive thru clearly hates humanity. We were staying at the hotel across the street so we stopped here a few times, and each time the service was excellent! A few times, we were in a hurry and a bit flustered with our order, and the barista taking our order was very kind and patient with us. Drinks were always made perfectly as well!

this places iced drinks consist of 65-75% ice, and 25-35% drink, a venti iced drink is done in 6 sips...thats a dollar a sip...would they get mad if you asked for the drink without ice and a large cup of ice on the side, maybe they would but they should understand, ...it makes me want to just go next door to whole foods and get a drink and cut out the middle man...I don't see this issue as badly at other Starbucks locations...

The best part are the employees. Every Starbucks I go to the coffee doesn't taste good. I got the egg white and spinach wrap which was very bland.

This spot moved next to Whole Foods. Don't go here if you expect to get any type of work done or need the wifi. IT NEVER WORKS.
