I really like their coffee. Only been a couple of times but this one in Rochester seems to not be very accommodating to patrons with hours and such.... We wanted creamer or milk on the side and they had my husband buy a milk!?

Excellent hot coffee, fresh tasty donuts. Service staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed having coffee and a snack here. Highly recommended.

Stood in front of register for 12 minutes without being acknowleged. Then we finally got to order. The food isnt very good and on top of that they didnt give us all the items we ordered. I had to go back and wait for the employees to finish talking about another employee...i finally had to speak up to get them to pay attention and get the missing item.This wont be someplace we will return to.That being said ill still visit the location close to my home for the drive thru coffee.

Served me rotten eggsThe reply I received suggests the problem is discoloration. It's fortunate you can't smell photos or you would be able to tell these eggs aren't just green/grey they also smelled and tasted sulfuric and vile.There is a difference between old and rotten and apparently this location's staff does not know it.
