Ordered for specific time. Showed up 20 min early. Chicken was overcooked. We ate what we could. Called and spoke to someone who couldnt understand english, after getting through to her was offered a 10 dollar credit..when i asked if that could be put back on my card, i listened to them talk back and fourth in another language..then a less english speaking manager got on the phone and offered an 8 dollar credit. When asked what happened to the 10 dollar credit i was previously offered the manager said she didn't know who i talked to. And insisted i bring the over cooked chicken back to them for the $10 credit. Needless to say, i may or may not see the credit within 5 business days...i couldnt really understand her. This place used to be my favorite and recommended often. I will no longer do business there. They really went down hill for some reason.

We were planning to make an order online. We called in to ask the ingredients of 2 different soups. When we asked what the ingredients of the seafood soup are the initial response we received "oh my god", and then an awkward and rushed rambling of the seafood in it, and an immediate question of "are you ready to order? ". Have you heard of seafood or shellfish allergies? I dont have them, but I do hate squid. Can you politely tell me what is in your food if I ask? If you don't have time for customer service you might as well just close your doors, you will never get a following.

03/24 Hoped this decline was temp, but it's been going on too long...Used to be the best. Quality is dropping like a stone in the past year. Don't order anything with shrimp... they've reduced the size used & qty in the dish. Same with the other proteins. The beef is sinewy/chewy. And the egg rolls look anorexic. They used to be the best in town! Apparently, cabbage is too costly to fill the egg roll all the way. After the most recent HUGE price increase, we are finding a new Go To for Chinese takeout.

Never get a bad meal. We drive past several other Chinese restaurants to come here. Highly recommend. We really like their specials where you get two different main entrees in one container.

We get good from Nu Yu from time to time and mostly it is fine. This time it wasn't fine. The sesame chicken had little flavor and was stringy and doughy. Hardly any sauce. The chicken and shrimp with vegetables had little flavor, but was fresh and nicely cooked. Egg rolls were ok. But everything was cold, delivered over an hour later (was estimated to arrive in 40 minutes).

Staff was extremely nice and friendly, great location. The food was ice cold, rice was crunchy and a bit undercooked. The sesame chicken must have been cooked days ago because it was shriveled and dry. We also got the shrimp and vegetables. Neither dish had any sauce and we ended up throwing it all away. Hot n sour soup was very greasy.

Ordered 85 wort of food and boy am I sorry. Egg rolls greasy, mandarin bbq beef hardly any meat, incredibly spicy and sloppy, Rangoon dry, and general Tao’s chicken was clumps of fried chicken and nothing else. I tried to deal with the boss and he didn’t want to hear it. We will never order from here again. Buyer beware!

Beef fried rice. The beef was gray. Rice didn't taste anything like fried rice. SOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED!
