Literally no one at register.. I had to wait 25 mins to get my order very poor customer service and only 1 person cooking in the kitchen TBH I would not recommend anyone to go there especially if your in rush and want to get your food fast.

There was no one when I walked in. The place was empty and no one was at the register. You put in your order into the machine and I didn't see anyone until 20 minutes later when my order was ready for take out. The lady who brought out my food didn't seem to understand English. The food was super bland and had very little white sauce. Was also missing my hot sauce. I did get a little cup of donut holes. The layout and design of the interior is the same as when it was still Manny's Sweet Treats.

They are trying to automate the store front having you order on an iPad, but there's no one around to answer questions.

Nice atmosphere, 0 service as the only lady working only spoke Spanish. I was really disappointed by the food as you can see in the pictures food was cold the cheese wasn’t even melted in the Philly cheese and I ordered beef and she gave me chicken. The chicken over rice was horrible, rice and chicken were fridge cold. And I only live 5 minutes from this place. Only thing that was good was the onion rings.

I had a lot of issues with ordering and receiving my food from here. I attempted to call and place an order over the phone but the dial was cut off each of the 3 times I called so I had to double check they were even open! No answer so I jumped online to order for pick up. When I arrived it seemed like only 1 employee was in the whole store and no other customers from what I could see. I ordered the Garlic Parmesan boneless wings combo that included 7piece wings, side of carrots & celery, your choice of side & a drink - I don’t think the sauce was correct (maybe roasted garlic) but the after taste was honestly disgusting. It was overly buttery with a slight fishy taste… even though it was chicken. The actual meat was so over cooked it was dry even with the amount of butter poured over it and they all had the tendons in the middle I realized after cutting them all open. I’m not 100% sure if the boneless style were supposed to have a breading before being fried, but these felt & tasted grilled so not what I was expecting at all - regardless they were practically inedible so I threw them away. The carrots and celery were so old, bendy & discolored they felt like rubber so I didn’t eat them even though that’s sometimes my favorite part about getting wings (not to mention they are VERY thinly sliced and gave 4 pieces total - 2 baby carrot sized pieces and 2 quartered celery pieces). I picked the regular French fries as my side and they were quite obviously frozen from a bag because they tasted freezer burnt and had no salt at all so I had about 2 before I threw them away. Overall the only enjoyable part of this meal I paid almost $25 for was the canned ginger ale soda. I would have assumed getting wings from a place names Twisted Wings would at least be edible. Never coming back again and I DO NOT recommend!

This is my first time on a Sunday Night after 10pm hanging out in RVC and we were hungry AF so we seen this spot and decided to try it…. First impression you have to place your own order through the IPAD and be very specific and inform/ask after you order if you don't see what you want… The wings 10/10 (Requested Sauce on the side, SO YES MF it was dry) the chicken cheesesteak was a 10/10 even without mayo !!!!<Dip that baby in some ketchup ***highly recommended. The mozzarella sticks were 10/10 get an extra marinara if you greedy the fries were nice and crunchy!!! Jenny was freaking amazing and exceptional to have managed the whole process by herself !!! **** Yes I said by herself so be patient!!! She came out to accept our cash payment and cook the food.She said “I need 25 minutes, we came back in 30 min and had to still wait but it was well worth it !!!
