My nephew ordered from them and when they delivered the pizza the price was different. When we called to find out why, the delivery driver kept changing the price and telling us he couldn't provide a receipt for a cash payment. When we called the place, they tried to deny that the delivery driver didn't tell us 3 different prices to keep the change. If you let your kids order from here, be careful they will lie and cheat you and your kids out of money. I'm never ordering from here again.

So I ordered online which was 82.93 and my order # was 320 the order was not being delivered and it took the money out of my account. It took me to go to the location personally to stand up and state that they took money out my account and would not give me my refund which I clearly stated. They were asking to see my id which I obliged but had a credit card # that wasn’t mine but they somehow took the money from my account which I still don’t understand and said over the phone they didn’t have my order but as soon as I went to the place they had my order in the back to my exact order I had placed online. That is why I gave this a 0 out of 10.

I always order from this location and never had a bad experience…but this is ridiculous!!! Why would they even send this out to a costumer. Then I called the store and he just told me that they can’t do anything about it. Horrible customer service!!!

Sunday afternoonPlaced order thru app 1:30pm,Got pizza less than half hour later and it was undercooked, handmade pan (supposed to be thick) was flat and chewy and oily looking. Called to complain, told they’ll send replacements. After 45 mins no pizza still, called again for manager. Told to give another 10 mins. At 3:50pm I finally get the replacement pies and they’re hardly better. First two pics are the first order, second two pics are replacements. Guess we’ll never order from this location again if this is their version of cooked

The workers that work there are very rude. I order a pizza for delivery and ask the driver to leave it by my door as i was almost home and he said its not secure. So he calls me back just to tell me he left it in the backyard. I get home to find my pizza ON THE FLOOR in the backyard right next to cat shit! What in your right mind would make you leave it there?! And then on top of that he was doing other delivers so you mean to tell me common sense didnt tell you to take it with you and double back?! I will NEVER order from there again!

I used to order from them for 14 years until today. They sent me pizzas with so much cheese you cannot see the crust or cut lines. I suffer from hypertension and 1/2 a slice spiked my pressure. I called them and calmly explained and they said this is how they always make it (I said no I ordered this from you for 14 years and it's never they cheesey and salty) He yelled at me, then offered to make it right by sending me more pizza (I assume to kill me) and he kept yelling at me and never saying sorry or even asking to view my pictures and then hung up the phone on me. I'm so done with this store.
