Saturday evening is not the time to order here! First the phone line is constantly busy. My calls when they got through were constantly dropped. I actually had to go to the shop to order. The shop was crowded and it took me @ 15 minutes to place my order. The usual lady that takes orders was actually coordinating orders for the chefs, packing orders and prepping appetizers. The young girl working the counter was out of her depth, confused and struggling mightily to keep up with orders and taking payment from customers.I ordered beef Chow Fun. It usually consists of wide rice noodles, scallions, bean sprouts and beef. Their dish had green peppers, wide rice noodles, onion and beef. No scallions or bean sprouts. Despite different ingredients it was tasty and filling. I also ordered the bone in barbeque ribs which were excellent! Also had two shrimp rolls that were also great.I would definitely recommend weeknights as a better time to frequent the Chinese Gourmet Kitchen!Parking: Large lot with step up curb, step up into shop, no handicap accessibility.

The best food around. Nice people. Clean place. A month ago still no wrapped utensils . They are supposed to be wrapped. Other places do the same thing. I don’t like utensils that have already been touched by who knows who.

For a little town. Awesome Chinese food. Best fried wontons we have had. Not overally fried like alot of places, perfect. Never had anything bad here. Bummer they don't deliver but when you want good chinese, driving isn't a problem.

This is middle-of-the-road Chinese food. Hot and sour soup was good. Sesame chicken and General tso combination plates were barely ok. Pork fried rice should be an easy thing to get right even in a place like this, but it was far from good. Barely any discernable pork, and completely lacking any flavor. Egg roll was decent - not greasy.

Very good food but so sad there are no vegetable dumplings here! Remember Closed mondays :)

Best Chinese Food around. The food's not as greasy/oily as other places, especially the crab rangoons and the egg rolls. Delicious every time. The woman behind the counter is super friendly and accommodating- especially commendable considering they're slammed every day of the week it seems. Rarely ever do I wait longer than the estimated time she gives, but again, they seem to always be very busy so it's understandable.
