The saddest pizza I’ve ever had in New York. I ordered a plain pie and a margherita pie. The margherita was embarrassing. Carelessly sliced pieces fresh mozzarella just haphazardly strewn about the pie, dusted over with a pinch of chopped up basil. Some of the slices literally had no basil on it (see the picture). The plain pie barely had any sauce on it. Might as well have been a grocery store frozen pizza. At least that would have been cheaper! The guy at the register also just straight up ignored me. Saw me standing there and just walked away.

Perfectly good pizza. My local pizza place. They sometimes send out mailers with coupons to make it more affordable. I am a little spooked that Google just asked me for this review because they noticed I call this place one week ago! I guess I will store the number and dial rather than hit the number provided in a Google search, now that I know they are capturing that particular bit of info. Hello big brother!!!

We received a card in the mail for a special of 1 pizza, 12 boneless wings and garlic knots. My wife called in the order and picked it up to bring home.First, the pizza, just plain cheese, did not have much taste and was soggy but not for the right reasons..Second, the wings were soggy, nasty, frozen chicken bites with lttle taste.the Bleu cheese dressing had no/little Bleu cheese and there were no carrot or Celery sticks.Third, the garlic knots were just Italian bread with a little butter. Very little garlic.We have ordered here before with beer experience. I'm not sure what changed but this was a poor showing.

Went w a friend. A coupon made for a crazy great deal. Our specialty pizza was, I am going to call it: succulent. Wish they were in my city in Vermont; I would go a lot.
We enjoyed the best fresh house salads.My wife had the eggplant parmigiana over angel hair pasta and I enjoyed the the heck out of Sam’s Stromboli… all sooo delicious…!!!

Where do I start….. My family and I have been to Toscos since the day it opened. When it first opened it was great however in recent years it has gone far far downhill. I have had MULTIPLE horrible experiences from getting my order completely wrong, being charged for something I didn’t order, and just flat out being hung up on or ignored. It is ashame since we love supporting local business but this experience was the final and last time I will ever go here or recommend anyone to do so. I called and ordered take out yesterday evening 8/19. Was put on hold for about 20minutes (understandable as I know businesses can get busy). When the lady returned to the phone to take my order I asked for a buffalo chicken wrap, a small stromboli, turkey blt wrap and 3 slices (1 toscos, 2 chicken bacon ranch). After 50 minutes I picked the order up and asked if everything was in the boxes ,slices, wraps etc which they said yes. Well when I got home I saw that they had not given me my slices (even though I paid for them), my buffalo chicken wrap wasn’t even buffalo chicken it was just chicken strips with NO sauce, and the Stromboli was under cooked and did not come with any sauce. After paying nearly $55 and only one thing in my order correct this is the last and final time myself, family or friends will go to Toscos. This is one of the many recent times that I have went there or taken out from here and have had issues. This is unacceptable customer service and Toscos has lost the business of a long time local customer. I DO NOT recommend anyone to go here as this place has fallen far far downhill from something that used to be a nice little spot.
