Uncle Mings is your classic american chinese restaurant. It’s not going to blow you away like a place in NYC or in China. It gets the job done and they’re very good at what they do while staying affordable with great portion sizes. Me and all my friends go here often and recommend it to all who crave some asian cuisine. Location is unbeaten as well.

Don’t understand all of the bad reviews. Been ordering from here for years. It is slightly greasy but the food is great. The chicken is always crispy unlike other Chinese restaurants. And the price can’t be beat. Love the general tsos chicken combo.
Food was horrible ordered pork fried rice quart and2 shrimp egg roll extremely greasy food including egg rolls never again from here.and I'm a local not here for track season. Gross and extremely disappointing for food here in Saratoga

I got my food, Wich didn't only it take them almost two hours to get to me, my crab rangoons were empty had very little to no filling in them, and the food made me very sick.. I would give them a zero if I could.

Food was absolutely terrible. We ordered chicken and broccoli and general tso chicken. It resembled soup how much sauce it was cooked in. There was NO chicken, just fried outside. By far the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had.
