Casola Dining Room

Although it took a year to land a reservation (staying up until midnight to book it and knowing other groups were getting in week after week) our visit to Casola was outstanding. Frustrating. It was my first time here and everything REALLY exceeded my expectations! Our server was so sweet and polite and the teacher came around to sit and chat with us to see how everything was. She was wonderful as well! Food was incredibly delicious! I will definitely be back!

The food at the Carola Dining Room is absolutely ? delicious!!! It's fine dining prepared by and served by SUNY Schenectady's culinary students. They completely defied my expectations! The whole experience was beyond wonderful. I've had the pleasure of attending 3 times now and each time was as delicious as the last! I highly recommend it! They are often booked in advance though so book your reservation quickly! You will not be disappointed!
