Outstanding experience for some folks from PA! Stumbled on this spot trying to find a cool local spot. Short ribs were killer and the meatballs must be a local secret. Service was welcoming and expedient. Awesome night out on soccer overnighter. Over delivered!

The food arrived a bit quicker than expected, but the presentation was absolutely stunning. Every dish was plated with care, showcasing both creativity and attention to detail. The flavors did not disappoint either—everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience. I love Bliss on a Friday night! They have live music and a great ambiance. I enjoy soft amber lights and a quieter environment as the restaurant is not too big and is long vs wide, therefore not overly loud. The food is delicious! Steaks are never overcooked and the kitchen is flexible for substitutions of sides and holding ingredients. My husband says that pasta is amazing. Drinks are made correctly and the alcohol is true to brand (YKWIM?) The waitstaff is attentive, consistent and professional. The owner is always present and looking to make patrons happy. Everyone working there is kind and does their best to make people comfortable. I recommend a reservation as they are usually full, including the bar.

Service was excellent. Had a delicious s'mores martini. We all had fish dishes; fish was done perfectly as requested (lightly done). We had Chilean sea Bass with julienne vegetables and black rice with a tequila lime sauce; definitely worth ordering. If you've never had black rice, you should try it. It was sweet and wonderful. Our friends had the snapper with couscous and pineapple salsa and the salmon. We also started with one of the specials-a peach goat cheese flatbread. We were going to a show and they got us out in plenty of time without feeling rushed. Bliss is always consistent and delicious. Definitely worth going to.

We really enjoy Bliss and have never had a bad meal or off experience in 5 years. The owner is often on site and having spent many years in the industry, the level of consistency is quite remarkable. Is it fine dining? No not really. But it's solid, comfortable, innovative and can be really fun on a weekend. Don't sleep on the bar either, great casual spot to hang out.
Enjoyed a night out with some family here for the first time on Sunday night. The appetizers and entrees were delicious. We loved the drinks and desserts as well. Our waitress, Taylor, was excellent! Very professional and friendly. The owner was there that evening, made us all feel welcome. Will definitely return and recommend!
