I waited in the parking lot for 15 minutes because google said your open at 10:45 and I was close and the lady inside said you guys are closed drove to the one in stony brook instead because I didn’t want to wait a half hour in the parking which was very aggravating ruined my morning will not be eating

I went to this Cabo fresh location in smithtown, January 2024. I had gift cards and ordered three meals. Shrimp and mango wrap, seared ahi tuna burrito and pork quesadilla. The tuna I had cooked Medium. It was just ok, I tasted mostly the white rice. The tuna was not a strong part of what I tasted. The mango was just ok also. Again, the huge amount of rice is what I tasted. Both of these items were on flour tortillas. You have the whole wheat option as well. The pork item was a little better probably because rice didn't saturate it this time. The total cost was $45, $15 per item on average so not cheap. I had $50 in gift cards and did not add an acai strawberry smoothie as I thought I would because I wanted to keep it under the $50. The smoothie would have put the total to $55ish. I went to the Centereach Cabo fresh location last year. I thought it was much tastier there. Perhaps I forgot and they all are just not great. I wouldn't get more gift cards in the future. The ones I used were won in a holiday party raffle btw. The worst place to eat, tasteless food, terrible customer service. The worst of the worse. Don't waste your money on this poor quality place. Especially the young employees who are arrogant and pushy.

We like the food here but we prefer they add topping after the impossible meat not before as it comes a messy taco

We ordered catering from here and were absolutely blown away by the freshness and quality of the ingredients. They gave us a TON of food and prices are super reasonable. They also have the option to deliver their catering orders which was very convenient.

I have not even gotten the food but I have to give it a review for the Smithtown location. I scheduled door dash to have food delivered to a family member. I could not find where to add a sauce, so I called the nice gentleman that answered said he didn't see the order it must be another location and we hung up. before I called the other location he called me back and said he had the order, he checked on the backend! Now that is service! He went above and beyond. Kudos.. wish i got his name working June 28 3:30 in smithtown location.

i asked for a lot of food and they barely filled my bowl up to the brim. They also gave me 1 piece of steak. WHERES OUR TAX MONEY GOING!!!!

Terrible place. Workers are rude and incompetent. Way overpriced... Workers talk over each other while taking orders .. After my food was packed and paid for we patiently waited to get drinks .. Cashier took and serviced 4 set of guest that came after ...The cashier yelled to her coworker while rolling her eyes, yelled to her coworker , slammed cupsRude !!! Customer service lacking ..

I don't know why I keep giving this place a chance? Today told me not to enter anymore. There are other Tex-mex places to go. I asked how much extra for the guac for a Baja Bowl I was ordering. Over $3.00. I declined but got charged for it anyway, not noticing it until I sat down to eat and went over the receipt. I went back up to the man who rang me up, explained the situation of being charged and he said he refunded it to my card. Ok, I sit back down, tell my husband and he said he paid Cash. I go back up, and explain again. He tells me the guy in back of me ordered something similar. Cashier told me he got confused and gave him the the guac I didn't order, He finally refunded me the money in cash. It is always something when I go there, either they're over charging or they fill your baja bowl with a ton of rice, skimping out on all the other added choices, chicken, corn salsa, beans, etc... Just not worth it. Today I closed the door to Smithtown Cabo Fresh for the last time.

Came for a meal with friends and was served by Ashley. Amazing person and employee, took really good care of us and made our day. Didn’t expect this on a regular Saturday. Didn’t know CaboFresh had wings but Ashley informed us, and it was amazing, the hot honey garlic. Me and my friends will be coming back for the wings!!

Food was great and I went right before closing and the manager Ashley was nice enough to make me a bowl how I wanted, also she informed me about the new wings; definitely gonna come back and give them a try.

Was sent completely the wrong food from Uber eats I called and asked if I can pick up my correct order and bring back the wrong order. I was told no and was offered no help for their mistake. Absolutely horrible customer service

Ashley catered to us like I have never been before. I thought she was the manager with the amount of effort she put into making me and my friend's visit very special. She also informed me about all the wing options when I didn't even know cabo served wings. I will 100% be coming back for those and her excellent service!!
