Subway is definitely not what it used to be, especially when compared to places like Jersey Mike's. But they do however, on occasion offer coupons and deals that still make it worth keeping Subway in the sandwich rotation. If I had to pay full price for any of the sandwich items, I would definitely take my business elsewhere. But who doesn't like a good deal. So if Subway keeps offering enticing coupons, then I'll continue ordering from them from time to time.

$19 for a turkey cali? This is insane I can’t believe this. I was going to buy it because I’m hungry but the man never greeted me and just watched me stand there. Im sitting in the parking lot looking for another location. Never again, worst customer service.EDIT- this place is so bad they have just as much 1 stars as they do 5 and if you look at the 5 stars they’re all fake profiles made to boost up reviews for such a terrible place

Used to love this subway. They changed management recently and since then our sandwiches ordered through the app are wrong. Either they use the incorrect ingredients or things are just missing completely. Not worth the money anymore.

My son comes here on a daily basis with his friends and orders lunch. On a hot summer day over 85° he was refused a water cup with his meal. After spending all of his lunch money here, she couldn't give a water cup when he asked nice and respectfully. My son said the next customer that came in asked for a water cup and he was given one! After telling me this I called the location to ask her why this happened. She gave me a nasty attitude and hung up the phone. She also refused to tell me her name. I will not be letting him spend his lunch money here anymore.

I am here today to order drinks like ice coffee/regular coffee. But this girl working here she said they don't sell any kind of coffee!!! in subway. I want to use restroom but she said it's flush is not working. I know she is lying because I don't buy anything from her. What's the policy!!!

Such horrible customer service. 4 customers waiting , one employee at the counter. Another employee in the back staring at her phone. Back room employee finally comes out and just stands there watching her coworker prepare sandwiches. I couldn't believe it.

I usually go to the subway at Walmart, they are always the freshest. I went to this subway on Broadway, I got a sandwich which seems to have day old bread. I order one with extra meat and definitely did not get that. I put in the special instructions to add sweet peppers I got none. I’ll make the extra trip next time. Unfortunately when you doordash it it goes to the closest one. I’d rather do pickup
