It was my first visit to this restaurant and the ambience was nice very spacious, good lighting and nice atmosphere not obnoxiously loud music or people.The guy at the front desk was friendly and courteous. The wait time for my food was barely 10 mins and the price pretty decent.Overall a good experience.

I have been ordering food from the Kaiteur location for years . The food was always delicious until yesterday . I ordered a chicken fried rice , jerk lamb kebab and chicken and broccoli. The chicken fried rice not edible . They sold me refried chicken and stale fried rice. How do you do that ? People work hard for their money and I chose to buy food from this location but they dropped the ball! Someone needs to check the food before delivery and pick up . I never ordering from here again .

Not sure if it has new management but this place is not the same anymore. I called and asked for the price for a small tray of cha chi kai chicken. They told me $100. 2 days later and I called back to order and was told $110. They said the correct price is $110 and the person probably gave me the wrong price because they were busy. Fine, I needed it for a party and it was last minute. The chicken had no taste and very small portion. Def not worth the price. So disappointed and so was my guests.

I ordered the cha chi Kai wings and as I opened it up you could tell that the chicken looked suspect. After a bite I had to throw the whole container away, it seems like they cooked stale wings and chopped them up add the pepper flakes and onions to call it cha chi Kai chicken! Never again would I waste my money. I only went there because GT Kingston was closed that day.

I've dined in and the service is satisfactory for the type of atmosphere. Greeted by the door and the waitress is attentive. My food always came out as I ordered. Only thing is I wish the food was a little hotter, temperature wise. It's warm, such as the fried rice and chowmein. The chicken vegetable soup is yummy and always a hit. The lamb black pudding and sauce is a go-to. Anytime I am on Liberty Avenue and hungry, here's where I prefer!
