I would not cater though this restaurant ever again. I called days prior for my catering order. I get there to pick it up on the day needed and they tell me that it is not ready. Then they say they called me early when I showed them my call history that they did not. So basically they ruined my event because they did not complete a catering order and they lied about contacting me! Do not buy food here for your event!

One of the most authentic places to feast at. Visited here from Toronto, Canada and felt like I was eating a home cooked meal. The quality of the food speaks for itself in the fact that you don’t feel uneasy after filling up your belly with whatever you order from the menu. The free lassi was one of my favourite parts and I thoroughly enjoyed the buttermilk goodness. I took back 8 boxes of their famous barfi and till now I order boxes and have them shipped here, it’s been 8 years since I first ate there. Visited once again recently and can say other restaurants don’t compare. We have hundreds of India restaurants in Toronto, Brampton and Mississauga and have yet to try something as good as this place. Thanks for the great service and homemade food. Will always visit when we are in town.

Paid for hot food and sweets. But did not receive the sweets. I take the blame on that one. I should have double checked the 2 bags i received in front of the lady even if that was going to appear disrespectful towards her(and i never do this to anyone in general when picking up food). My fault i only found out after reaching my home. Tried to call and explain and let them know and maybe they would make it up or explain that i didn't get charged for the sweets. But nobody picked up the phone even after multiple calls. I called same number to make the pick up order but now they not picking up my number lol. Desi style 100%But also even before today to be fully honest the lady working there im sure they are family owned so probably part of ownership but yeah that lady doesn't like me in particular(or she basically hates all the customers). Ive been here a few times and have felt unwelcome. I am polite and i say thank you and otherwise do not know her personally. Maybe i didn't get all the food i paid for because she was hoping i would notice the bad service and stop coming back. It worked! I won't be back aunty ji! I'm sorry if i did something you. I really am.My advice to other customers leaving 1 star reviews mostly due to customer service issues . Please understand that this business makes it's money through catering for large groups of people like weddings. Their sweets are famous and well liked. The dine in, takeout and delivery business is not the main of their concern and that is why you can read all the reviews about terrible experiences. It's not really that they aren't trying to make money, it's that they have fallen into current in store habits that are for the most part sustainable due to their main business being outside.

It is a nice little family style restaurant. The food was pretty decent- more like home made food versus restaurant style. I ordered papdi chaat, samosa , barfi and gulab jamun. Good to see continuous in and out patrons. They could improve the store layout and make it more inviting, use plastic wrappers for greasy food and some small changes can benefit them. Will visit again.

Several times I came to this place and I was not acknowledged. People of Punjabi received service and there is no line or order. Because they speak the language they were acknowledged. I am vegetarian and I like the food but the service suck

It’s been so unfortunate that being a punjabi community which is know for its integrity and you guys charge extra then what we need to pay. This is really not good. Attest be truth to your businessI will never come to such place where they don’t take care of there own true clients
