We did a tasting menu and each dish was perfect. The drinks are amazing, bartender did a great job.

Food for rich d*** people that don't know anything about high end dining I'm guessing. Forced to make a reservation after 8pm, okay fine no problem but hardly anyone here so why the reservation. We get seated to a taco only menu....you think the sever would mention that they're only serving tacos. $16 for one skirt steak taco so it must be good? literally just 2 pieces of steak on a tiny soft taco. That's means a order of 3 would be $48, that taco couldn't have cost more then $1 to make. It's skirt steak for $16, the table next to us had a taco and told the server "why would even bring this out to me?" She's right it was pathetic. None of the tables looked happy. If I was owner I'd be embarrassed, I thought I was being pranked. So either this is food for d*** rich people or taco Tuesday is a total bust here(even tho the server told us it will be the same menu Wednesday as well) Ordered a cocktail, only thing decent. $50 later we're ordering sushi for pickup. Bad night I'm guessing but on my dime. Was excited to try this place but if you see taco only menu get out of this place right away.

Cool vibe. Friendly service. Tastings are fun and well flavored, however for the price the portions could be slightly larger. Good drinks menu. Outdoor space is perfect for a nice outside dining experience.

If you’re going to try a new place ?Why not drive to New York to this cute town of Sparkill.Monday’s & Tuesday’s they have a Pub menu , with generous portions, delicious drinks and good quality wines. The Stripped Sea Bass served over beurre blanc sauce and rare white grilled asparagus made the perfect evening.Today’s special drink was Passion Plane an enhanced version of your traditional Paper Plane, made with fresh ingredients, for sure it will make you feel welcome!

Great craft cocktails with a Japanese twist. The bartender is friendly, professional, and talented. The food is very good, perfectly balanced in flavor and texture, as well as quite creative.

The food was fantastic however the change to a price fix tasting menu is problematic. First it was hard to find choices for those with dietary concerns. Second, the prices have made Dvine bar a place for an excellent but very pricey meal. I'm not sure I will return with the menu and prices

Amazing find! Fascinating and delicious dishes. We stuck with the tasting menu and also had the nut-tini as a cocktail. We are going to be back here with friends as soon as possible.

We used to live around the corner and love this restaurant and the wine store next door. Food is always AMAZING and the owner is the sweetest. Their cocktails are also really good. I would always recommend this place for a casual or fancy night out. They do it all.

The mad scientist just gets better and better! Head chef Chris holland continues to wow and amaze us! We dined at Dvine the weekend before this past and this past Saturday night and both nights was absolutely nothing short of incredible! The ever evolving and changing menu continues to be creative and shock us! Textures, flavors and ingredient pairings just work perfectly and are nothing short of mouth wateringly Fabulous! The staff is always so enjoyable and accommodating! The bar has their own magic potion making wizard slinging the most delicious and creative cocktails! Do your self a favor and dine at Dvine sooner than later then repeat!! See you there !

One of my favorite restaurants in the area! We've been longtime DVine fans, so I cannot believe this is my first time leaving a review, because it is truly perfection. Every aspect from the drinks, to the food, to the service, and overall vibe makes DVine so special, whether you go for an occasion, or just want to head out somewhere where the food is fresh, innovative, and absolutely delicious (with unique, equally delish drinks to pair with!). First, the cocktails are SO DAMN GOOD, and constantly rotating with new, unique varieties. Most recently, my husband and one of our best friends had the "You do Yuzu," a Reposado, Yuzu sake, and elderflower cocktail that they both said was amazing. We used to both love the "Some Like it Caliente," and "Pretty Fly for a Mai Tai," which we also ordered to go during COVID, and when we picked it up, all the accoutrements were in separate packaging, so you really made a beautifully prepared cocktail right from home. That level of thought and detail is what sets DVine apart. The wine list rotates too, with really good options and great pours ranging from $11-$16/glass, and also a ton of bottle options too. Currently, with the exception of Tuesday nights, DVine is doing a prix-fixe menu, which we have not taken advantage of yet (but for $75/4 courses, this is a no brainer for the near future!). Tuesday night "pub nights" feature their previous menu's greatest hits - including my all-time favorite, the teriyaki broccoli bites (my husband may argue with me on this since he discovered the Kobe dog during our last visit there with friends). I've always found the portions to be perfect for sharing, and love that the menu encourages ordering a bunch of things to try as a group! We all left with takeaway containers last time because we were SO full from the food we ordered, and again, you can't speak enough to the quality of the ingredients. Quick note too that you do have to show proof of vaccination to enter right now - to us this was a welcomed safeguard, especially since the space is on the smaller side. Bonus points to establishments working to protect all of us, and the immunocompromised! Again, one of my favorite restaurants -- excited to see what else they have in store for us with the changing cocktail/wine/and prix-fixe/pub night menus!

First tasting menu we've done in a WHILE. The food is delicious, and their wine selections are wonderful. Not an everyday dinner, but fantastic for a special occasion.

I have been here numerous amounts of times especially in the summer with the wife and friends. I have spent so much $$ in here and it's sad that I won't be able to go because of there covid vaccine illegal requirements. it is a shame that the control freak of a owner wants to apply these mandates now . I have been there in the bad parts of covid with no proof of vaccination. this clearly shows the true colors of the owner, a control freak . do not reply with your I'm keeping my staff safe b******* we have seen you many times with no mask.

Folks! Dvine has gone Hollywood! They have recently transitioned to a pre fixed only menu (unless you snag one of the few seats at the bar). Sometimes I just want some apps and a drink, not a whole experience. I don't want to be forced to spend $75-$85, drinkless. Now they have added pub night on Tuesdays where you can order food by the plate off of a special menu. But the price to food ratios are Manhattan-trendy-tapas-esque. $18 for 2 (tiny) sliders?! $12 for fries and dips?! It's fried potatoes and aioli! Down the street at 14 and Hudson they have an amazing and giant burger with fries for $21, with similar vibes. I could have eaten just as much grabbing free samples around Costco. Look, I get it, Covid has been rough on the restaurant industry. But it stinks to feel ripped off when you go to a place you used to enjoy and have been loyal to through covid. They had some growing pains in the beginning with some small plates that should have been called tiny plates. I'm hoping this is just another growing pain. I will add that the staff is always super nice and attentive, the food recently is hit or miss, and the atmosphere is cozy/trendy. Apologies to my doctor but everything I ate during my most recent dining experience was super greasy and super salty. I'll return only if they go back to their previous menu style and chill out with the pretension.
