While the pizza is good, the service leaves a lot to be desired. The joint is run by a bunch of "kids" that clearly have not had good training in service and they appear to be afraid of some "boss" that is never present. Lack of follow up on tables, blah attitude, and lack of flexibility in sharing checks. There seem to be very strict rules for the staff, they will not bend in basic common sense. We planned a birthday party for 16 people and they were so unaccommodating it was pathetic. I still went back once more and the service was equally bad. Whoever the owner is, invest in training your staff which in turn will improve your customer satisfaction. The pizza is good but not that good, wont be coming back ever again, nor will many friends that experienced the same poor service. Such a shame.

Our server was probably a high school kid (seemed young) but he was really polite and hospitable. Caesar salad was good, but the buffalo wings were so not it. Our bacon & cherry pepper pizza was SO salty - we actually saw the salt flakes on the cherry pepper. The other pizza which is our usual go to was delicious (tomato, garlic). Chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream was really good although the bottom of the lava cake did taste very stale.

The food here was worth the wait! We came at the height of busyness, Friday evening for dinner. I had my parents go a little early and put their name on the list- about a 20 min wait. Not terrible but boy were the clientele there pushy mixed with an introverted hostess. Staff was clearly overwhelmed but the food came out quick and hot. The dining room was a bit packed and no place for people to wait so everyone sort of just stares you down for your table. Apparently was recently remodeled so I wonder what it looked like before but hearsay was that there is now more seating. We had 2 pies, both delish and thin crust! 10/10 We had the baked clams, vodka chicken parm bites ( yum & cheesy) , and wedgey salad- all yum 10/10 I'd go back for take out ( they have a drive thru pick up option) but would think twice about eating in , especially in a busy weekend night!

Did the ownership change? The pizza is still good but the service has really declined. Our server did not check on us once during our meal. We needed drinks for 20 minutes. When she did finally come by we just asked for the check. The portions for appetizers has changed as well. This used to be one of our go to places but I am not so sure it will remain in our rotation.

Stopped in here today and this place is very classic! The inside has the vintage pizza place feel and the staff is friendly. I had a French onion soup while I waited for a pizza to go. The soup was really good and the pizza is excellent if you are a thin crust fan. The sauce had great flavor to it. Very cool that they have a drive up window to pick up take out orders. Definitely worth a visit.

What happened to this place? Arrived early on a Friday night and was immediately seated at a table in the bar area. That was the best part of the experience. It took the server 10 minutes to acknowledge us and take our drink order. After another 10 minutes, he came back to ask us what we ordered again. We get our drinks (25 minutes at the table) and place our dinner order. The waiter told us they were out of hot honey for the specialty pizza so we ordered a house salad, a different pizza, and a burger. The salad comes and is standard. Afterward, the burger comes, and the table behind us orders. After a few minutes, the table behind us gets their pizza but we still don't have ours. Turns out the pizza at the other table is ours. They take that pizza away and we're just sitting there. After my wife finished half her burger, the waiter came over to say the pizza would be ready in a few minutes and asked if I ordered the one with the hot honey. I thought they were out of hot honey! We cancel the pizza, pay the bill, take what's left of the burger, and hightail it out of the place, never to return. And if you're smart, you wouldn't either.

Thin crust pizza is very good. Casual dining experience and good place for families.

Good food great atmosphere friendly staff, but they could use another waiter at lunch.I was working nearby at the Douglas House and went there with a crew. Everything was great but it took a few minutes too long for anyone to take our order and also for it to come out. Once we ate everyone was happy and we went back with a larger crew the next day.

This place has disturbingly good pizza. It like blows you away how good it is, and you don't even expect it. But I keep coming back. I've never had a bad pizza here. The atmosphere is incredible. Feel comfortable there and everybody's so nice. Not to mention all the other dishes are good. Bathrooms are clean and there is even a little outdoor area that's very cute to eat at. Not to mention it has a drive-thru for pickup orders.

Very thin pizza, if you like that, it's good. Family, open atmosphere, which if you like that it's good. Charged us more when we picked up take-out food. Answer: they said online menu pricing is wrong. I'm sure why-for customer goodwill- they wouldn't fix or update this ASAP.
