My family and I ordered from this restaurant for dinner and spent $50 and only received this (see picture) which feeds about 2 ppl. When we called to address the issue, there was no compromise or compassion for selling us these small portions at an overpriced rate. We could’ve been forgiven had the customer service been better. Do not recommend.

Before I ordered on door dash, I called them and said that it’s not giving me the option to select chicken breast. The person on the phone said place the order and call back. I called back ordered the white meat and gravy on the rice. The order comes it has gravy on the rice but dark meat. When I called back I explained to the person on the phone what had happened and she said I would have to pay extra. Mind you I order this all the time and never pay extra. The money was not the problem, the guy the answered the first time should have said so instead of insuring me that my order will be correct. Then she said she couldn’t take it back. They lost a good one. I order a least 3 to 4 times a week

I ordered a Steam snapper with rice and peas. The total came out to $26. When I receive my meal. All I had was fish alone. When i asked about the rice and peas I was told by Stephanie that it does not come with sides. I asked why was it $26 with no sides. The manager stated when she weighed the fish it was heavy and it came out to that price. I asked how much per pound and how much does it weigh. the manager stated she is not sure.The manager offered me to pay for rice at an extra $3 charge. I refused. Manager later offered a refund after negotiating. Stephanie stated “you don’t have to give him a refund”. Manger then gave me a refund and I left. Extremely unprofessional place. Food is expensive and not worth the price.
