I ordered a chicken wrap from them and shared with my daughter. We started getting sick after two hours of eating and we both vomited at least 20 times and didn’t feel hungry afterwards for few days. We assumed that we got food poisoning from eating from this restaurant. I want to make other people cautious before ordering their food in this restaurant.

My fiance and I had a busy weekend and were unable to do our usual meal prep. I knew Better offered meal prep now so we decided to give it a shot and ordered 6 meals. The meals were delivered Monday morning to the wrong house but luckily our neighbor brought them over to us.Today is Wednesday, only 2 days later, and the meals are sour and smell awful. The girl I spoke to on the phone was very understanding and helpful, saying they would at least replace 4 of my meals, which I was more than happy with. However, she called me back a few hours later saying the owner wouldn't allow the replacement because they couldn't guarantee that my fridge was an appropriate temperature...I used to tolerate the overpricing of their menu because of the convenience, and because they offered healthier options than a lot of other places. But after being delivered food that went rancid in my appropriately chilled fridge after 2 days, and basically being told "well that's too bad", I won't be ordering from them again and wouldn't recommend anyone else does either.

Mike & Leo do a great job providing food delivery with perfection. The food, serving & staff are great but to even have the delivery crew match that is such a breath of fresh air! Clean and spacious store front, highly recommend if in the Travis area.

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s an ALL-TIME favorite; anytime I’m back on the island, it’s my go-to. They have great smoothies and a variety of wraps/salads/food that I enjoy… I’ve tried pretty much the entire menu at this point and never had a questionable experience. Monat is THE BEST… so welcoming and kind… she’s been there for quite some time now and always makes it feel like home. So grateful.

I ordered a pesto bowl. Added brown rice & spinach. I’m staying at a hotel. Delivery guy didn’t want to come up to the door so I had to come down & he asked how much change I wanted… all of it? I gave him $40 my total was 24?I gave him $5.68. The food was extremely bland. Not even a a drop of salt. Absolutely no seasoning at all. The only thing that has flavor were the red peppers. This place is nasty.

Came here just to grab a quick bite while I waited for my mechanic to do a small job on my car and regret eating here. The prices are outrages, they up charged me 5 bucks just to add chicken to my wrap. I would've just cancelled my other and gone to the pizza place right next there and gotten 2 slices and a soda for 3.50 and would've been way happier. But i was with my mom so wasnt about to just cancel her order like that. They charge 15 for a poke bowl that has half cooked tuna and mango bits and call it salsa. Went to the gym later that night and mid work out felt so horrible I ran to the bathroom and puked my brains out. I did smoke weed before the gym and it was an intense workout so take what I say with a grain of salt ?♂️ legit the only thing I had to eat all day so...
My favorite spot hands down when I'm in Staten Island. Can't go wrong. Very consistent ! Never had a bad meal and I've definitely ate there over 100 times at the minimum.

Ordered a Nutty Professor with almond milk. PB and banana smoothie... simple right? It was good until i got to the bottom. Chunks of banana that settled to the bottom. Apparently wasn't blended well enough. I love banana but yuck! Consistency was like baby food. Super bummed!

Very poor customer service. I ordered a wrap which came to $18 with tax , which is grossly overpriced as it is. I tried to apply a dollar off coupon and the person on the phone said it's only on valid on takeout. Nowhere on the coupon did it say that it was only good for takeout. Then I received my food (which was cold and the chicken was rubbery), and I see I was charged $1.50 for delivery. It blatantly says on the menu (which I just received recently) FREE DELIVERY. I called to speak to a manager and she did nothing to rectify the issue, and false advertisement. A very bad way to do business and I will not be eating here again!
