I went to this place when it was Mikes and it was very good, fresh REAL food anytime. The new owners are there about 4 or so months as of this writing (10/17) I ordered my usual grilled chicken over a Greek salad. Instead of getting a grilled breast or two over an oval played salad, I got a smaller round plate which had what appeared to be fake rubbery chicken pieces which look nothing like real chicken. I was a regular at Mikes Diner on New Dorp Lane, now called the New Dorp Diner Cafe. They are under new ownership and it has been a change for the WORST!!!! Today was the last time I will ever set foot in this place. First when we came in the manager or owner was yelling at his staff members VERY loudly for a dirty table that had not been cleared. Then when the waitress took our order she was rude, nd didnt even write it on paper which caused her to have to come back and ask AGAIN...read full review
