The Dr was patient and informative. He took his time and care with me. Answering all my concerns.I was very happy with the customer service line. They helped me set up my portal. Everyone was very nice. Very good experience at a time when I had concerns and stress.

EXCELLENT providers, staff, cleanliness, and wait time. I’ve been here many times and they’re always quick, friendly, helpful and seem like they genuinely care. I’ve brought my partner here multiple times for shoulder dislocations, to avoid the 8 hour waiting time at the ER. Dr. Peter was able to get it in the first time, was patient, worked with us, was slow and got it in. The second time someone else put in a good effort but didn’t want to hurt her more so we had to go to ER and spent 8 hours there. We’re here again with Peter and we’re hopeful. He’s great ?

These guys, despite the fact that I provided several insurances, they charged me $660 for one covid test! these guys are scammers! Three times I contacted them about the bills, each time they said that everything was resolved, but until now I still get bill of $660 from them!

Have been here many times over the years, but my last visit yesterday was my last time I'll go here. Dingy inside, even though remodeled again lately. 3 people in front of me, and I waited well over 2 hrs to see a Dr. I sat in the exam room for over 40 mins. When she finally came in (unapologetic for wasting my entire morning), she was upbeat, did an exam that lasted 90 seconds, looked bewildered over what turned out to be a simple ear infection, and told me to go to the emergency room where "they have better equipment". Totally useless, I got FAR more info on Google when I got home and diagnosed myself. They are so quick to send you packing, that an Indian girl who looked like she'd been out of medical school for 5 mins (although how you get through medical with the skills she showed is beyond me) and her 1.5 min exam, produced no diagnosis whatsoever (oh, yes, she said, maybe you had a stroke). I know DRs are basically useless, and have zero respect for your time, and I always read up on my conditions well before I go to a DR., but its getting very hard to go for medical advice when places like this exist just to rip you off for hundreds of dollars to tell you to seek help elsewhere. What exactly is their purpose beyond taking your money ?
Terrible PA. My mom and I went since we both had a really bad cough, chest pain, runny nose and just felt terrible. We were waiting in the room for a while which was fine but we heard 2 women chatting non sense at the receptionist desk. We opened the door a bit to address that we were waiting in the room. Sure enough the PA came in. It felt like we were almost forgetting. ( the office was very empty btw) She completely rushed our appointment and disregarded our symptoms. She didn’t even swab our throats so we went home not even knowing what we were sick with. Plus they don’t send the medicine to the pharmacy right away and when they did. I still couldn’t get it because it was on back order. My mother had to call the office twice and the pharmacy 3 times. I still don’t have the medicine and I’m still very ill.
