Never fails that I’m waiting at the counter for a pick up order for 15-20 minutes PAST the pick up time I’m given on the app. This has happened so many times in the past year I had to come leave a review. The best part is the baristas are either taking their sweet time or chatting away…. CHOP CHOP ANYBODY?!

This place can get extremely packed, but when I visited, it was about an hour before closing, and there were only a few customers there. Service was quick and efficient, and employees were friendly. My drink was correct, and I was on my way within 5 minutes.

Been here several times this month, I always order from the app about 15min ahead but when I arrive I waited more then 20min my drink never show up , I guess someone took it. It happens every time when I order ahead of time from the app??

Food and coffee here are great, think it’s way better then the mall. However this morning I go in with my mom and put in our order, she goes to the bathroom and tells me how there’s no toilet paper or soap so she wanted to let someone know before she used the bathroom and so people don’t run into the same issue. She asks one of the workers for the manager and explains the situation where this guy just smirks and rolls his eyes. Like this is a food establishment wouldn’t you want to know that your bathroom needs to be looked at? That’s kind of a health code violation is it not? My mom ended up calling him out on it where he just ignored her. Put a sour taste in my mouth ngl.

Seems like everybody was ordering online or using a app. My daughter went there and 15-20 minutes later came out with the iced coffees. But of course we weren't using a app we just drove in off the street.
Made my order at 8:30 and got there grab my sandwich but waited my coffee till 9:05 ridiculous service . Asked and said maybe the machine have too much order and this lady ask a women standing there what she order and not asking me beeen standing there longer then her . Is this racism ? And I ask the other man he was looking for it and got nothing then he made my coffee , just ridiculous service . Other customers who was waiting while I was there too or later than me they got there order and left already .
The service was great, the manager here and the workers were polite and worked hard to help me get a drink fast, when I spilled one of my coffees. I met with a friend and we conversed until till closing and they were very respectful telling me they were closing soon. Overall I would come here again.

Good amount of parking for Staten Island. This location gets very busy during peak times but staff was working hard and kind nonetheless! No drive through but had bathrooms and a good amount of seating. Order ahead through the app if you plan on swinging by during the morning or afternoon!
