First off Marisa is such a kind and amazing person, but the food and the variety is what really shines. you can really taste the freshness and the quality of the food. The bagels are made in house and are some of the best I've ever had! I highly recommend this place.

The food tastes good. The wraps are not big. If you are looking for a big meal the wraps are not for you. Don't know about the heroes as they were out of hero bread. Bring a little patience they are new at this.

In town for work and showed up for breakfast at 0610. Says they open at 0600. Place was locked up and all lights off. Should be called the Boooooooooo Bagel!!

I would give 0 stars if I could I got a small hot chocolate and a bagel . I asked for tuna and u know how much tuna he put less then the width of my pinky finger and I'm a small girl and the bagel was almost 10$ dollars I've never been ripped off like that in my life... on top of that he didn't even toast it and the tuna was disgusting . If I ever walk by and see some one go on I will definitely let them know that this place is not worth not even a penny . Even a deli will give u more then what they did

During this crazy time, finally made it out to the bettered bagel. Not sure I've had a better bagel on the island. So much flavor in the bagel alone you just don't always taste....but the best part was they have pork roll! Thought it's only in jersey. Delicious.. highly recommend.

This place is a joke the lady at the cashier is just plain rude. She kept yelling at the cook in front of everyone and he kept trying to politely explain what happed but she wouldn’t have it . I have a family business and this is not the way you treat your employees I thought it was unacceptable that she spoke to him in a condescending manner and trying make him look d*** and stupid in front of everyone.

I ordered a salad to go. I did take a little too long to pick it up, and when I came back the girl told me they hadn't even started it. Fine. I wait another 20 minutes to give them plenty of time to prepare it, but when I come back, it's still not ready, and the only thing the girl did was mix the greens and put cold chicken on top. They could have done all of that before I picked it up, but I had to wait for them to do it all while I was in a rush. She could have asked me before I got the salad what dressing I wanted or how I wanted the chicken but she didnt ask me until the second time i when to pick up my salad. Bad service.
