I went to wasabi last night with my family and sat for hibachi. We had Dylan as our chef and he was phenomenal. i’ve gone to hibachi many many times, and he’s been the first chef that has really engaged with us at the table. He was laughing the whole time and genuinely seemed like he was having fun, which had us laughing the whole time too. Very good value considering the location and quality of food & service. Their take on the margarita is seriously delicious. We had the hibachi filet and salmon dishes, sampling each other’s entrees. The portions are generous - could probably have split one meal between the two of us. A substantial quantity of carbs remained uneaten (noodles and rice). Waitress was friendly and attentive (and mixed the margarita, apparently…).

The food was so good and it wasn't too expensive. It was a little busy though. Our waitress was quick to bring out our orders. I got the salmon teriyaki and my girls got the chicken teriyaki with gyoza and some avocado, California and avocado cucumber rolls. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be back.Parking: More than 100 parking spots in the garage under the stores
