My visit to Jersey Mike's was infuriating! The staff's rudeness was beyond belief. Adding insult to injury, when I asked for a water cup for my 4-year-old, they flatly refused, as if it was some kind of luxury request. I ordered three sandwiches, but their abysmal customer service made it a miserable experience!

The food taste like crap, and the lettuce with brown I asked her about it she gave me a funny face. Mike needs to do a better job with their employees and their training. Unless this is Mike's way, very unsatisfied......PS unable to eat sandwich due to horrible taste...

Worst Jersey Mikes on the island hands down is the one in Stony Brook. I have been to five different JMs and this one is by far the WORST sub shop I have ever eat from. The employees have no idea how to make a sub and when you’re paying over $10 for a sub it is inexcusable. Run far away from this place because their subs are absolutely disgusting. They charge deli prices but hire cheapest teenagers they can find that have no idea what they are doing.

She just asked me the size and numberBut didn’t give me the time to tell her ‘what type of bread it is!’female employee spread the tuna fish on the white bread! What I wanted was wheat bread.. So I asked “Why didn't you ask for what type of bread it is?” but She said that “No, I never asked!” unkindly! I go there often, but this never happened! Others always asked me but Just her! I bought it on Monday at 3:50 on 26th, Sep. (1113 NY-25A, Stony Brook, NY 11790)I felt very uncomfortable and I didn’t want to buy it but I endured to just get over with it!

This Jersey Mike’s hands down is the absolute cleanest and best one that I’ve been to!! The staff is always smiling and happy to help! Very consistent and everything is always fresh!! The staff take pride in what they do and they’re always busting there butts to make it and even better experience to buy lunch!!! So I personally thank the entire staff!!! See you at lunchtime lol

They're very good sandwiches but inflation is taking its toll.This last time, they ran out of bread. The kids were very nice they gave me a free sandwich coupon and a free drink when I ask for one and they spent the time making bread for my sandwich.
