I got little bits of mango in my water ice and was pleasantly surprised. Not super sweet and really good texture. I'm reminded of the Italian ice that I would have from one of the cart vendors on the street during a hot summer day. So satisfyingly refreshing. Although eating this at night made me cold, it was a tasty treat. Lots of peeps lined up for this on a Saturday night~

We love coming to ralphs! I will say when the line is long, it can take a while. I do wish it wasn't on the side of the high way, there is no where to enjoy your ice cream. We always end up going home. But the ice cream/Italian ice is always delicious!! Location could be better.

I just had the worst experience with a server at Ralph’s who was acting as supervisor. She had on a teal blue shirt, black hair in a ponytail It was about 8:30 PM on June 25th at Ralph’s in Stony Brook. The young girl was extremely rude when we brought back my granddaughter‘s Italian ice because chocolate was mixed into the bubblegum ice and she said “oh that just happens there next to each other. I advised her that she can’t have chocolate. She then told me very rudely, well you should’ve told me we have a sign for allergies.I said oh who would expect chocolate to be in bubblegum icy and she became increasingly rude until I said just give her the cotton candy alone. I was shocked by her lack of customer service. I was pleased by the first young lady who assisted us and was willing to rectify the situation until the “supervisor” intervened.I was planning to purchase 2 additional orders for home, but she lost that sale and my business 2x’s a week. The owner should be more selective in who he/she selects to run there business. The other customers were horrified by her attitude.

Long wait and the very long list of unavailable flavors(supply chain apparently) cannot be seen until you get to counter. This causes a slow down since you've pretty much decided what you wanted prior to getting to the counter. 4 out of 5 of our orders were correct.

We arrived at Ralph's at 9:05 PM after having dinner. There was a short line of people and we were told by the girls working behind the counter that they were closed. We asked if we could please order and they said no they were closed. How do you expect to stay in business when you will not take an order for four people at 9:05 PM?! We took our business to the Ralph's in Port Jefferson.

Keeping it real out here for Stony BrookThis was our go to spot right outside of campus. The vibe was so right when we visited in the summer time. That nice old school vibe really helped slow down time from the hectic college days. We used to just sit out on those benches to just chat and enjoy our ices.Good times.

Terrible service. Went there with my husband and 3 kids. Spent $ 28.00 and came home with 2 incorrect orders. When I called them they said they do not give a credit and there was nothing they could do. I called back to speak to the manager. She said I should bring the wrong orders back. I said in this day in age with the Corona virus you want me to being back ice cream you sold. She said she would throw it out. By then my son had eaten his since they wouldn't give us a credit and my 5 year old had already started hers. I told her this and she said bring the one that I had back . When I got there I handed back the ice cream that I was given and told her again what the correct ice cream should be. Another girl opened the ice cream and said we will give you a medium because some of it was eaten. I explained that my 5 year old had started hers and then told me it was the wrong order. I told them to do the right thing and honor the order being that I go there all the time and just spent$28.00 and they messed up the order. The manager argued back and said we did not mess up the order. I'm sorry but I am an honest person and hardly ever complain. But when you spend money and these girls get more than one order wrong plus I brought it back as they requested, they should not be arguing with the customer. I was so turned off by how poorly this situation was handled. I would never waste my time or my money at this poorly run establishment. I will go to another Ralph's where they take pride in serving their customers and make sure their orders are correct. Beware of this place. Poor management and kids working there that don't have a clue what they are doin .
Soooo good! We picked up & brought home all kinds of flavors for my family of 7, and every kind was a hit! My fav though was the Peanut Butter Cup, with chunks of peanut butter in it! Delish!!?

Went here on Wednesday night and was helped by one of the two girls there. I believe her name was hannah or at least that's what her friends who were visiting her at work and distracting her we're calling her. she seemed like a nice girl but she was not wearing any gloves and was elbows deep in the icees. she then put spoons on the counter for us to take (which we didn't). Maybe this staff needs a briefing on how to act during a pandemic bc this is going to be a hot spot for corona if they don't get it together soon.
