Went a week ago to try out. Ordered vegetable noodle. Figured that is easy. Bro it it home & when I opened the plastic container I could believe how "BAD" it smelled. If I couldn't stand the smell I was n ed ver going to eat it. Thru it away. Don't plan on going back.

Been coming here since COVID hit and it has never disappointed once. With a fair price in comparison to other noodle places like pho, although different it's even more delicious and flavorful than other places! Staff is always friendly and food comes out fast.

It's okay but nothing to write home about. I wanted ramen and considering I'm not familiar with the area someone recommended this place. I tried the noodle dish with ribeye. It was okay broth, noodles, bok choy, cilantro. I also ordered a pork bun which was a little salty and the pork was overcooked. It wasn't terrible but I wouldn't order it again. I think because I had in mind what I wanted my expectations were very high.

If you are hungry for soup, go to splendid noodle. This place was so good. The food was amazing and so savory. Absolutely delicious. And when they say they have hand pulled noodles, you better believe it because there was a chef stretching the dough himself right behind the counter. The food was served fast and hot. They have chili oil on your table for you to spice up your meal and it was very good. The place is small but also cozy. Amazing place. I would go back.

As a chronically stressed college student, I cannot tell you just how comforting their noodle soup is to me. I came in today after a long morning and finished another delicious bowl of the handpulled noodles with beef offal and extra veggies. Not only is my stress gone, but my spirit feels renewed! Their soups are full of flavor and the noodles are always perfectly done. I can’t praise Splendid Noodle enough.
So so so good!!! I went with my sons and we each got something different. My sons got beef flank and the other got the spare ribs. I got the minced pork. The spare ribs turned out to be my favorite (we all shared with eachother) the ribs fell off the bone and the broth was super flavorful. My dish was actually noodles in a thick sauce not soup, which I didn't realize so I asked for a side of broth and added it to my dish and mixed the sauce into the broth and it was SO good. The broth before I mixed it into my dish was very light, reminded me of a pho broth, and they use the same sort of veggies and herbs as pho. The sauce of the dish was almost like a gravy with caramelized onions and it was amazing. The hand pulled noodles are the star of each dish and you can see the chef making them from the dining room, which my boys loved watching. The waitress (I think owner) was so sweet and was helping my sons with everything and was super nice. Great place all around
I live in nassau but I will travel all the way out in the east just for this place!

Yummy soups! Add the hot oil for an extra zing. And the cold sesame noodles are superb.

Loved the hand cut noodles and the broth. SINCE I cannot successfully use chopsticks, I am a heathen unable to enjoy slurping the broth and noodles. I am told that is how to fully emjoy the dish...afterall it's not spaghetti!Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible but it could be tight when busy.

Food (5/5): Delicious noodles that I very much enjoyed. We ordered it to go and the food remained delicious even though we traveled from Long Island to Jersey before eating it. We ordered the spare rib and duck noodles. The broth was flavorful and the spare rib meat was fall of the bone. Top notch noodles. It was cool seeing the man make the noodles in front of you. Service (4/5): They took our order efficiently and no issues with getting the food out for to go. They packed sauces, utensils, and put the food in good containers. They nicely separated the noodles and ingredients from the soup. Ambiance (4/5): Nice spacious restaurant with plenty of seating when we saw it. We ordered for to-go but it seems like it would've been nice to sit in the restaurant.

MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT!!!! and the chefs are so nice to me and my family :) the most yummy noodles i ever had and very authentic! even my traditional chinese mom loves their noodles. i go every week and sometimes i eat there twice a week! and when college gets hard and i feel sad, i order a bowl of their noodles! my favorite restaurant ever and i truly believe they deserve all the recognition and praise!
