Pricey and the pompous Customers almost make it intolerable. Food was ok, not a fan of all the fanzines.

Ordered a steak burrito, the burrito if you could call it that was 95% purple rice, with lettuce that was all yellow. Counted 5 pieces of steak after I emptied the contents out onto a plate after 4 full purple rice bites. Don’t eat here it’s overpriced and Chipotle or Moes is way better.

On my first visit to this restaurant, I ordered the Buffalo Southwest Chicken Bowl with ranch dressing. On the positive side, the warm purple rice, black beans, and corn on the bottom of the bottom of the bowl were good. However, the small firm cubes of chicken we're covered with a bland buffalo sauce, and the ranch dressing added little flavor to the dish. The halved cherry tomatoes were mixed, some were ripe with a slight sweetness but most were hard and underripe. I couldn't figure out why the dish included green salsa. It didn't seem to pair with any component of the bowl. Overall, the meal was only okay. My wife ordered a build-your-own salad bowl with tofu as the protein and two dressings. After finishing our meal, we went back to look over the assembly line and noted that the steak look pretty good. If we return, we'll order that.

Salad for the amount you pay and it was only filled up to 2/3 of the bowl and the soup was cold not even warm at all tomato bisque. Service the girl who served didn't say hello made me stand there waiting for over 5 minutes on her cell phone. Over priced for the poor service, cold soup and little amount of salad.

The service and quality here is very inconsistent. While I am usually pleased, they almost forgot my chicken once (if I hadn't been watching, they would have), and today the chicken bone broth tastes like water and they definitely forgot to add the lime cilantro dressing to my southwest bowl. I take this to go, so it's not worth going back. It's also not worth the high prices when the quality is blah. Please work on your consistency, and if you choose to order from here, pay careful attention as they make your order.

their mac and cheese is NOT mac and cheese. it was a mushy grainy mess. there were literally no noodles! And their brussel sprouts were extremely undercooked and impossible to chew ?

I frequent this location multiple times a week. The Buffalo Southwest Chicken bowl is my go-to and is amazing every time. I've tried a few other bowls here and they were okay. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are usually on-point. Out of the many many times I've been here __in-person__ there have only been a handful of screwups and they were caught + corrected before I left. I'm a big guy and am easily filled up by half a large bowl (essentially 2 meals for the price of one) without the need for any sides. The price of a regular bowl is too high and isn't worth it. A large bowl, which costs marginally more than a regular bowl, and side from here is roughly $12-$16 total. Chipotle and Moe's are nearly double the cost for an equivalent meal that is less filling. That being said, the price really can't be beat as far as eating out goes. I'm not sure that the price complaints in some of the other reviews I've read are actually justified.Let me preface my next comment by saying it has been months since I've ordered online pickup so this may no longer be an issue. My hand's down biggest complaint, and the only reason this review isn't 5 stars, is online pickup. I understand that mistakes happen and it is what it is. That being said, I'm not exaggerating when I say that every time I've ordered online the order has been screwed up. Every. Single. Time. They also completely ignore the online order notes __every__ time. I'm not sure if this is an issue with their point of sales software, a training issue, or pure incompetence on the part of the person filling the orders but it really needs to be addressed. If my only experience here was ordering online pickup I would __never__ come back. It's actually a shame because the food is great and there have been several times where I would prefer to order Core online but I simply just order from a different restaurant so I don't have to deal with getting my order corrected. It boggles my mind that the service can be so good in-person and so utterly awful for online pickup.I may try ordering online again in the future and if the problem has been resolved I'll update my review.

Similar to the other CoreLife's in the area. Order was ready on time. Ingredients were fresh. Easy in and out. Can't complain.

Came in right after dinner, person who served me was terse at best. Food was burnt and felt leftover from dinner rush. Prices way up from recent memory.

Worst experience of my life. Can’t understand the menu at all. Nothing is labeled and servers don’t want to be bothered if you have have a question. Can’t tell is an item is served hot or cold.I just ended up getting something random things in a bowl and I left. Tried calling back to tell them my concerns and had an excuse and made it seem I was totally in the wrong. I’ll take my inquiry and call up corporate hopefully I get a better answer than putting the blame totally on the customer and make a bunch of excuses.
