Absolutely dogs*** location. Used the emergency pizza option and coupons on multiple occasions and orders arrived like someone shook the box, probably spit on the food as well. On the positive side, the drivers have always been steady af. No shade on them. It’s probably management trying to screw customers and tell them not to use coupons. I used to order a lot from them but no more.

I recently had a terrible experience at Domino's Pizza store #3411. I placed my order at 11:57 pm, only to arrive at the store at 12:18 am and find it closed, despite the advertised closing time being an hour later. The staff is lazy, unprofessional, and rude. They can't seem to even keep their own hours straight, closing early and ignoring customers. The incompetence extends to their food as well, with wrong orders being a common occurrence.When I attempted to get the attention of the staff inside, they ignored me, after continuing to open the door to get the staff’s attention inside he kept waving me off to say they were closed, I then went to the car to grab my phone to call them and the phone just rung although there was four staff visible inside, one cleaning and two others sitting off to the side and one staff sitting on top of a large Bluetooth speaker that was blaring vulgar musicAfter banging on the door and insisting that I had placed an order, the staff finally let me in. However, the poor customer service did not end there. This location has a reputation for giving out wrong orders, having rude staff, and even turning off the timer for Carside prior to bring orders out to the car.Overall, my experience at Domino's Pizza store #3411 was incredibly disappointing and I would not recommend it to anyone in search of a good meal with decent service. They make the pizza very well here. Only compliant is the parking lot. Huge pothole when you are trying to leave, make sure to watch your driving in there.

I mistakenly ordered delivery for tomorrow instead of today. I called and the team was so accommodating and kind and made my order right away. I appreciated their help and so do my kids - Friday night is always pizza night for them. Thanks again guys!

Just walk all the way from my house to Domino's on teal and was told they close at 12 it wad 12:45, check the closing time on map and it's say 1 I was almost sure I've got food from there beyond 12...it's hard to find good service these

Not happy!! We ordered and paid for a Large (14") Thin ExtravaganZZa through the app. The delivery guy came 45 minutes later and asked me what I had ordered. I told him and then he said, oh they gave me the wrong order. I’ll have to come back. when he didn’t come back 45 minutes later, I called the store. The person that answered the phone said it will be there soon and hung up on me. 15 minutes later the pizza showed up and the new driver asked for payment, when I told him I had already paid, he didn’t believe me and called the store. After speaking with the store, he turned around and said have a good evening and walked away. Leaving me with a cold, pizza that was not appetizing. I will never order from this Domino’s again!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE I AM A SEMI TRUCK DRIVER AND CALLED THIS LOCATION TO PLACE MY ORDER AT 11pm & he answers the phone and says “pick up or deliver” I say deliver and give him the address he said we don’t deliver there and hung up in my face immediately after! Mind you I’m literally 7 mins from this store… so I calls back and I say can I speak to a manager he say I am I asked for his name he pause and says mat! And I say well I would like to place a order and I’ll pick it up he say you can’t we deliver only keep in mind this is only 1 min later after the previous call. So I go to google it shows take out hrs til 11:58pm. I even go on the app and try to order it lets me place my order and all. So I believe he just didn’t want to take my order or work! Because in the background I hear laughing and music playing. I would definitely LIKE FOR SOMETHING DONE & I would like a follow up call regarding this matter!

I arrived about 15 minutes after my order was ready. They didn’t have my order. Then after a few minutes the manager named Ben came up and said that they gave my order to someone else. He said I could wait for them to remake it. Didn’t offer to do anything for the mistake they made. I couldn’t wait for them to remake it so I asked for a refund. While Ben was working on my refund, another employee came over and asked me what was wrong. I told him what the manager said and then the manager started getting snippy with me. He was rude and unprofessional. I usually don’t have any problems with this location but I will think twice about ordering there again.
