Placed a curbside order and after waiting 20 plus minutes I was forced to go inside to check on my order. Was sitting there and nobody took the initiative to bring mey order. Watched countless cars come in after me and leave before I did. Fries were cold and gross as well as the rest of my order. I implore you to stay away from this disaster of a McDonald's.

I will never walk in or drive through this location ever again. I live a few blocks away and this was always a family stop in a pinch. The service and food have gone so far downhill that I will drive 20 minutes away and still make it home faster than waiting on horrible food and the service is just as bad. This has happened 3 times in the past months and now we as a family are done. Save yourself if you are reading this NOT one person behind the counter or even the manager will care if you wait or even if you are not given the food you paid for. I want to give zero stars but it won’t let me…… 45 minutes one a few things that were over cooked…

43 minutes and counting for my 2 McDoubles in the drive thru. No comp or anything
It's one of the worst McDonald's in Syracuse. 30-minute wait time, orders never right. Some rude employees. Most definitely do not deserve no $16 an hour. Also, McDonald's has lost their damn minds with how expensive they've gotten. You are a fast food joint. Better off taking your money and go get real meat/burgers at 5 guys.

It's insane how long it takes to get through the drive thru, even when there's literally nobody else here. It's the biggest joke we have at my job, somebody will say they're going to McDonald's and every time somebody will answer "you're gonna be late coming back from break." It's insane but honestly kind of impressive that these people still have jobs after becoming "easily the slowest and worst McDonald's in New York

Long lines waits for regular customer in drive through for over 30 mins at a times. I also see dasher waiting for over 20-40 mins at a time. I mean… yikes. How under staff can you be! Supply of fast service at a fast food place did not exist. I came here with 76 miles in the drive through to 36 miles …. How does this occur? I arrived here at 9:46 it’s now 10:46, an hour …the time of wait & preparation needs to be worked on. Poor service, extensive holds, blurry signs .
