Place is ran terrible. Everything broken, the computer screens to order are glitchy, would of been super easy if the people standing around could take your order. No soda options. Place is in shambles. 15 minutes to get a 10 piece nugget is a bit ridiculous.

They Never give you a whole slice of cheese on the filet o fish! They only use a half slice contrary to the picture on the menu clearly showing an entire slice. Please FIX this and stop cutting corners literally!Sincerely, A Real Cheese lover!Next time I'll post a pic!

I'd never order from this place again. I called several times, and they kept hanging up, refusing to answer my calls. I wanted to adjust my order because I couldn't do it through the app. I even texted my delivery person to ask for me, but they were told that the restaurant refused to change the order. This McDonald's is definitely terrible. Never again! It's not deaf-friendly at all!

There will be a class full of mcdonald’s employees in the back and somehow take 50 mins and nobody is on register, if you’re looking for actual FAST food unlike this rip off lame excuse of a mcdonald’s try the other mcdonald’s but even with there lazy service the ice cube looking dude is the best one there and the nuggets

I recently had a terrible experience at this store. Not only do they refuse to allow delivery drivers inside to pick up orders, but they also don't allow them to receive the order through the driver either. Instead, they force drivers to queue up at a window in freezing weather. To make matters worse, they prioritize customers who are buying directly from the store, leaving delivery drivers to freeze outside. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for the drivers who are an essential part of their business. I would strongly advise against supporting a store that treats their delivery drivers so poorly.

I ordered from door dash. When my dasher arrived at 1:30am they were told to wait over an hour. He told them he would wait. They then in turn canceled my simple order of a big mac meal. Why have your doordash option on if you can't handle it? I've worked at McDonalds and know they are given 90 seconds to push an order out. Over an hour sounds like no one showed up to work, or the supervisor on is in inadequately running a shift. Either way corporate needs to take a look at this store.
