Well. It was slow, they handed me the wrong drink... when making the correct drink, I watched and ~4 people just kind of... stand there talking (or arguing) about why it was wrong? Then when I got home, the fries were spilled in the bag and cold, and the sauces were wrong. So. Yeah. Not a good experience. BTW, these are the fries that people rave about? They taste like cardboard. Maybe its because theyve been under a heat lamp for an hour? IDK. I dont think ive ever not finished fries in my entire life... but... yeah. Earning that 1 star. Only positive is that the nuggets taste fine and werent cold.This was actually my third time ever at a McDonalds. Happy to go another decade without going to one.

We only got drinks so can't comment on how the food was but the drinks were great and the person behind the counter, I believe her name was Dani, was just an amazing person. Super friendly and nice. It was a bit busy since most of us got off the bus at the rest stop but she was being nice to everyone

$11.71 for an egg McMuffin meal with a small OJ instead of coffee! The food was cold and obviously had been sitting around This is a blatant case of screwing the public. The mens bathroom smells like an outhouse and the toilet stall walls are falling apart. As a truck driver, I cannot jump off the thruway to go to the local McD, but if you're traveling with kids, get off for your meals. Otherwise you'll end up spending enough for a nice steak dinner!

I had to give one star this place McDonald’s in the plaza nasty food the guy behind cooking was so high he could not make my hamburger the guy taking my order could not place the right they are so incompetent working at McDonald’s , that tells you about the manager there

Just stopped here to grab food .. it is midnight, they were exceptionally busy for the time of night. We did have to wait, but great customer service and food was the quality that every McDonald's should always strive for! Everything came out hot, fresh, and made perfectly. I very rarely eat McDonald's, but would travel out from Albany just to eat at this one, if I had a craving for it!

Not a fast food lover, so we ordered 2 well done large ?.And, they were to order. and hit the spot for a snack on our way to donate items to a worthy cause at St Luke's Catholic Church in the heart of downtown Schnectady.

It was like a gourmet dinner at nearly 11pm sun evening 3 20 22 unlike nearby dennys that advertizes 24 hrs and upon arrival i was the only vehicle in the parking lot
