The Salt City Market is such a gem in downtown Syracuse! It's always buzzing with people and smells absolutely amazing. I can't get enough of Erma's Island and their delicious Rasta Pasta—it's definitely a big reason why I find myself coming back for more. But you know what? It's not just about the food. The laid-back seating, fun games, and cool vibe are all part of why I love hanging out here. It's just a great spot to chill, grab some food, and soak up the atmosphere.

Almost the hidden gym right in the heart of downtown near the bus hub there's the salt City market with a whole lot of great places to eat inside so come check it out
Great place to meet and greet, whether cozy table for 2 or large gathering of 20+

One of my favorite places in Syracuse. A restaurant incubator with 10-12 local restaurants, representing the diversity of our city food culture and people. Also, check out our local food co-op for fresh groceries and Salt City Cafe for excellent coffee and meet-up spot. Support your hunger while also buying local.

There is an open door to get yourself involved with a new spot that introduces you to flavor and the improvements of a Global crisis to have you entertain the idea of healthier food. The work behind Salt City Market shows and it's not to hail the idea that you never tried it...
