Very disappointing, especially based on the amount of positivity left in other reviews. The baked goods were mostly okay within the first day of purchase, but they all were stale the next! In fact, my red velvet cookie was literally hard as a rock when it was bought. Regarding other issues, the establishment itself was decent, compact but a nice dim lighting with music playing. There was also the completely unlabelled cases of goods. I'd imagine it's simply meant to make customers socialize a bit though so it wasnt really a problem. Overall though, I was expecting much better.Parking: The parking lot is a pretty steep hill. Stop to Biscotti with caution for your vehicle.

My daughter wanted a heart cake for her Birthday. We went to Biscotti’s and showed them the pictures and the Baker hit it out of the park. Choc. Mousse cake was amazing. So was the decorating and frosting just beautiful. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts. The cake made her 22nd Birthday a day to remember. I visited this business back in June 2023 during my 4 day visit to Syracuse. I can still remember how much I enjoyed this business.I went once, absolutely loved everything about it, then I went again as a last meal before heading to the airport. I can’t remember the names of the folks that helped me, but both were THE BEST. The food was GREAT.I’d be a regular at this place if I lived in Syracuse. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I really hate to rate the food 4 stars. I have had various items from the dessert menu and all were top notch until this last one. The Key Lime pie. The crust was terrible. Too thick and actually crunchy. A graham crust would have been better. The Key Lime part was very good. Nice tart lime flavor and creamy texture. Now I'm nervous to try their other pies cuz they're not cheap.
