The food and customer service are PERFECT. You won't find better Thai food anywhere in central NY. I've tried them all. Their pad Thai is to die for, and Tom Kha Gai and Tom Yum are both great.

Hands down the BEST thai restaurant in the syracuse area. the thai iced tea was INCREDIBLE. so delicious and creamy. I'd recommend getting this beverage. I even contemplated on getting on to go! their food is incredibly authentic and full of flavor. i absolutely loved their pad thai, veggie rolls, the coconut shrimp was also out of this world. their prig prow is AMAZING. I was a tad disappointed by the pad kee mao but all the other dishes we got were delicious so that made up for it. Service was fine and friendly. Very chill vibe and we walked in and there was no wait!

Ordered $60 for takeout..Pad kee mao noodles had so much liquid in the container everything was mushy. Prig pow was mostly oil. Prices are a bit high for the portions and quality. Restaurant was much better before covid.

While visiting the area, my fellow flight attendant Patti called my hotel room and asked if I wanted to order food for delivery. After searching Google, we decided on Thai Love NY. When the food arrived, everything we ordered was there. Unfortunately, little simple requests such as plates for 2 and chopsticks w/ napkins were not included. Aside from that, I ordered my favorite thai soup the tom kha soup. It was very tasty but lacked substance. There was hardly anything aside from a lil' amount of mushrooms and 3 small piese of chicken. I also ordered the summer rolls. They were fresh and delicious, especially paired w/ the peanut sauce I requested instead of the sweet thai chili sauce, which was incredibly tart rather than sweet. Definitely something to pair better w/ a fried egg roll, wonton, and / or rangoon. Last but not least, due to the higher price for a chicken pad thai, my co fa and I chose to go in on half the order. The food portion was good, but unfortunately, like the soup , it lacked meat, vegetables, and above all, the famous scrambled eggs. There was none to be found. All in all, I loved the flavors, but we both didn't appreciate the price to food ratio. There were a lot of noodles but nothing else. There was a lot of soup but nothing but those 3 strips of chicken and mushrooms. I would recommend the owners and management of this restraunt do their own investigation and find a solution that will keep them in business and get customers' lining up at the door. Not to forget to mention returning for some good tasty food that matches the prices charged.

Consistently outstanding Thai food! Our favorites are the Drunken Noodles and Green Curry- both can be made really spicy which we love. Online ordering and ultra fast pickup is an added bonus as a Mom with small children!

If you like Thai food, you're fortunate to live in Syracuse as we have three excellent Thai restaurants, Lemongrass and AppeThaizing downtown, and Thai Love NY in Mattydale. On a recent visit to Thai Love, we ordered four appetizers and two entrees to share. The red curry had tender chicken and the Thai grilled salad had an abundance of flavorful sliced steak. I felt the summer roll went best with the sweet Thai chili sauce, although the peanut sauce was also delicious. The noodles and dressing on the yum woon sen salad, and the brown gravy on the drunken noodles were excellent. And, we had food left over to take home. One warning. If this is your first time at this restaurant and you're asked how hot you would like your dish on a scale of 1 to 5, you may not fully enjoy the food if you choose a number above 3. The wait staff here equates level 3 with hot. But, I would define it as very hot, and at level 4, I was unable to finish a dish even though I ate rice to cool the fire after each bite. It wasn't till after I'd had a couple spoonfuls of green tea ice cream that the pain finally subsided. So, you might want to proceed cautiously up the heat scale.

I really like Thai Love NY. It's my go-to Thai in the Syracuse area. Specifically the Kaw Soi soup is heavenly, a combo of sweet of coconut and yellow curry broth, veggies, and crunchy noodles. It's complex and deeply comforting, and reminds of a similar Burmese dish. The Pad Thai here is fine, though I think the Pad Mee Korat is better- more savory. I like to order mine with extra lime. I would also recommend the fried tofu, or the chicken wings. On spicy heat level their medium is predictable enough to wake me up but not make me sweat. Inside the restaurant it's relaxed and intimate, though you will most likely hear a steady stream of take out orders if you go in the evening. Transit: they have a decent sized private lot, which was redone recently. I haven't noticed any bike racks nearby. It is right on a bus line for Mattydale.

Always a great spot to catch some Thai! The green curry is a hit with a balanced amount of spice! Highly recommend if around the area for lunch or dinner!

Friendly service. Helpful and they prepared the meal to the temp / heat that we requested. Food was very good. We were just traveling through town for an event and took a chance on it. We're glad we did. Two weeks later after catching a flight back through Syracuse, called for takeout to take home to try more items on the menu.
