This is the Sweet & Spicy Sandwich (GF). It consists of a fluffy pillowy buttermilk biscuit, a farm fresh egg, harissa roasted sweet potato, cheddar cheese, spicy chipotle aioli, arugula, and zing pickled red onion. Every bite was divinely delightful.

I can't believe I haven't left a review of one of my favorite spots. This gem has been a favorite of mine for many many years. Jen and her staff create and bake some of the most delicious baked goods in Syracuse. Is it a little more pricey than your average bakery? Yes. BUT this is not your average bakery. The prices reflect premium and local ingredients and delicious flavor combinations that you won't find nearby. I almost exclusively bake my own stuff at home, however this is one of the spots I will go to and spend my money because I know that love, quality, and attention goes into every one of their products. Thank you for being a Syracuse Staple and always creating a bright spot when I stop in!

A nice bakery/cafe downtown. I am allergic to most of their goods however I was able to try their chocolate chip cookie sandwich with vanilla frosting and pb chocolate buckeye. Both were delicious! The cookie was soft yet crisp and not too sweet. I also loved the Cadbury latte I had. Tasted exactly like the candy! My friend had a cinnamon-pecan roll pastry. He said it was just alright. Too flakey on the outside and chewy on the inside.

As an event and wedding planner, I highly recommend The Sweet Praxis for any sweet treats that you're looking to order for an upcoming event. From the personable and experienced team members to the originality of their offerings and accommodation for those with dietary restrictions or allergies, they are truly top-notch! If you don't have an upcoming event, I suggest swinging by their shop for some tasty goodies as they are open daily, but get there early before they sell out - you won't be disappointed? ?

The sweet praxis is fantastic. They're speedy but not rushed. Always have delectable treats in their case. I love their chai and vanilla lattes. They're always smiley and happy to see you. Their croissants are the best I've had in the states.
