First, for your awareness, the oyster bar prominently featured in several photos including the Yelp page photo, is not currently there, replaced by several tables, and I did not see any other photos for Plumb with the newer layout. This is my second time coming to the Plumb oyster bar in Troy. We were seated promptly and although I was initially a little disappointed in the appearance of our drinks, they tasted delicious and were decently strong. The seafood was all very fresh and the shellfish wasn't Sandy, portions were reasonable. We enjoyed a delicious fresh burrata for our appetizer. Plumb is such a good find. They make one of the best mojitos in the area (if you drink mojitos you know how many places mess them up). I love the decor and consider it one of the best places in Troy (and probably the 518) to go on a date/meet up with friends. The ambiance in plumb is very different from other places you will love it!
