The customer service in this place is truly horrible Friday March1 after getting a table at 10:54pm my family and I sat there waiting to be served for 1 hour it wasn't busy and everyone was either pertaining to clean or busy talking so we just left absolutely terrible don't go there.

Worst experience & Worst Restaurant I’ve ever seen…The Hood Chinese restaurant is cleaner than this place…soon as you walk in you don’t get greeted, there was no hostess, I took my own menus and had to call someone to find out where would i sit, Me and my children had to walk through filth to get to the tables, I saw people pouring there own liquor from the bar, like actual customers getting up going to the bar to pour their own liquor, the floors had smashed up bread and garbage on the floors, the tables OMG they claimed they wiped it down but they didn’t it was dirt under the table like underneath where your thighs touch, OMG when we ordered it was a girl sitting at the table with all of her bags like she was homeless. She was just there not to buy food but to charge her phone. She kept staring at my table because I guess she was hungry. The food was tasteless and cold, nothing was hot, the drinks were terrible & sour, my stomach is so messed up I’ve been throwing up from last night until today and now I have diarrhea. The bathroom please save your self and just go use the bathroom in the mall. You have a better shot using the bathroom outside & please bring you own tissue, wipes & soap. I was complaining to my waiter the whole night and asking for a manager. The only thing she offered me was free drinks. Nothing being compensated at all & still wanted me to pay for cold food. Meanwhile after I paid she said the manager won’t be there until next week. Which I know she was lying. Now the waitress friends came in it was about 6 of them and she told them to sit down at the table she cleaned off and she offered them FREE FOOD & DRINKS. Now how is that I had to pay for bad service and bad food when they got theirs for FREE. I hope a manager or someone from corporate is reading this and gives me my money back. I do not want Compensation of free food bc I am sick to my stomach. I haven’t stop throwing up yet.

Typical Applebee's. At least my dish tasted great. The beer I had tasted funny. Service was very mediocre. The atmosphere was very bland and the rugs were not clean and also the tables. Would I come back? Maybe, just because my dish was good.
the waitresses here are incredibly bad. this one african american waitress wasnt the slightest bit apologetic after she forgot two requests for my family. she brought the requested item at the end of our meal after she was reminded twice.no apologies just a bad attitude.
