I am leaving this "review" to report that this site reports this Boston Market is "temporarily" closed and will reopen, mid October, but there is a sign in their window that states "For lease".From mid October on, call before you come to make sure they are indeed open.

I came here on a whim. The food was delicious, and the service was good. The beverage fountain was broken, which was a bummer. If I'm in the neighborhood again, I would most likely stop by again!

We went today and the screens that showed the menus were all broken. Also, they did not have dark meat ready for 20 minutes and there was no chicken noodle soup bc the soup maker was broken. This location is usually great, but it was a disaster today. We may not go back.

I usually have good experiences with Boston Market but today I was disappointed when I ordered food from this location. The quality of the food was terrible. They were missing items and packed our food in Chinese restaurant containers. Won't be going back to this location. Highly disappointed.

Today I made a vow to never patronize this place again. I walked in today and immediately felt an intense heat, actually much hotter than it was outside. No air conditioning, and this is nothing new, it's been going on for years. I felt so bad for the employees who have to work a shift under these conditions. I would not blame them if they all walked out in solidarity to protest these conditions. It is an absolute disgrace!

Zero stars across the board.The corn was hard with no flavor. The sweet potatoes were watery. Thank goodness the chicken tasted good.The soda machine does not work and they don’t tell you when you purchase a drink cup.$47 spent and wasted. Will NEVER go back.

PRO and Honest Review:BAD, BAD EXPERIENCE. Avoid coming here:Gravy on the mash was a different kind: tasted horrible… And they don’t let you know in advance that they’re out of this most basic item in their menu.The sweet corn was stale.The bathroom stunk like it hasn’t been cleaned in 3 months. Yuck, gross!!Not the typical Boston Market experience.

Today I purchase the pot pie from Boston Market. First of all the crust is different. This crust was a little soggy in the middle. There were nice size pieces of chicken inside but no flavor, very bland. I paid over $9.00 for this pot pie very disappointed. If I lived closer I would have taken it back. It a NO for me.

The young kids who are staff are doing their best, they deserve a raise. I believe this store needs new management. I am comparing the standards to the Boston market in new Hyde park the carry out containers are way better, the salad dressing aren't in packets they're in containers and taste better, the food presentation is cleaner & food overall is a lot better than this location i am rating. This location does not have Boston market branded take away containers, they give you containers that you normally get from your chinese restaurant & walking into this store it smells like a urinal...
