The pizza grew to start tasting like cardboard. The French fries taste frozen all the time. Too much processed food for a pizzeria. It’s a cashier that answers the phone, a boy, always sounding sweet, that messes up orders and put his own taxes on delivery orders. He seems so miserable. Every time he’s there count on over paying or getting your order wrong. The worse now. They cook the chicken in fish grease just awful. The pizza is literally board now

My second time trying this pizzeria out the first time my boyfriend picked up the food and the second time I picked up the food. I got the shrimp parmigiana with linguine and I got him the chicken parmigiana with spaghetti. I also ordered a garden salad which I did not like I like the Caesar salad from here better the garden had chopped up olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, and large pieces of lettuce which were large white pieces not enjoyable. Now back to the main dishes, the Shrimp parmigiana was made well, The portion size was good. While there I did notice that they had Zeppoli so I got an order of that to go also. They put it in the oven once I got in my car I began to eat one and it was cold inside ahhh idk about this one. For your neighborhood pizzeria this place is OK to visit.

The pizza here is horrible. I go to Ancona on Rockaway Ave if you want good pizza. The only reason they’re in business is because of the school. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I tried to pay for my daughter’s food and the way they treated me was disgusting. If you have other options, spend your money elsewhere!!

I see what others are talking about. Their customer service is the absolute worse. I guess they're used to dealing with these annoying school kids but they need to be respectful. I'm not a child and I wouldn't even treat my children the way I was treated by the staff here. They will never get my money again and you shouldn't spend yours here either. If it wasn't for the schools you wouldn't have any business. I buy my pizza. From Ancona on Rockaway Ave because the pizza here is horrible.

The one in valley stream is AWFUL the food might taste mediocr. However, the customer service is THE WORST I called to place an order from work. I explained I am allergic to eggplant. They obviously just took it off the chicken. I had a reaction and then the refused to answer the phone. The person who answered the phone the first time didnt have a clue what I was ordering and if they can take the eggplant off. It was a very annoying frustrating process just order thtee meals. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Worse pizza ever. Ordered a pepperoni pie. It had no taste. No cheese. Just enough sauce to give it color. Slices cut uneven. My friend got 2 slices. $4.50 per slice. Prices not listed either.

I went there with my husband a long while ago to get a salad. It was so bad I called a health inspector to investigate and the found none I had a major organ removal and it was terrible to save your health don't think about going there for a salad
